Private Villa. Ocean Views, short walk to the beach.
Beautiful private Villa located on the 5th fairway of Palmilla's ocean course. Very nice ocean views from the main home and master bedroom. Pool, golf green, mountain views from the back of the home and entertaining area. This villa is fully equipped. Large pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ and entertaining area is private with mature gardens. Great for relaxing and enjoying the day poolside. Gas fire pit towards the front of the home offers ocean views, very nice at sunset. The Villa is very clean and luxurious with high end finishings. Furnishings are clean and comfortable. Master bedroom is very large with a TV room, automatic blinds and private terrace. The 2nd Master is very roomy with a large en suite. The 3rd bedroom is equipped with 2 double beds and full Bathroom. The villa is a short 3 min walk from the main swimming beach at Palmilla. The Shops at Palmilla offer restaurants, Coffee, Art and clothing. A farmers market sets up there seasonally on Fridays. Uber service is available, 5 min drive to San Jose.

This Villa is very unique. Situated on the 5th fairway of Palmillas Ocean course you will enjoy privacy, amazing ocean, mountain and golf views only a short walk to the swimming beach. The home is very spacious and luxurious, great for entertaining or just relaxing by the pool. You won't be disappointed.
