Entire downstairs apartment in a quiet neighborhood close to exit 30 off I-90 and a short drive to Utica, Cooperstown, Herkimer Diamond Mines, or the Adirondack park.

Shared driveway with parking for two vehicles in-line, on street parking is also available from 4/1 - 11/1. Front & back door private entrances. 2 bedrooms, 1 Bath, 1 pull out sofa, 1 pull out twin size bed/chair, 1 futon, 1 queen size air mattress. Large kitchen/dining area. Free high speed WiFi internet.

Note: There is a tenant in the upstairs apartment

The property was easy to find and easy to check in and check out. Very clean, quiet neighborhood. We heard the upstairs tenants but they were quiet, no loud tv or talking noises, just moving around. Great block to walk the dog. We will definitely stay here again!

This place was in a quiet location and easy to get to. It was great for our family size with plenty of room. We liked staying together instead of in a hotel setting for our quick overnight stay. We had a nice visit & would recommend this place!

Very clean, perfectly adequate for our needs while attending a workshop. Well stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. I especially appreciate that this rental was dog friendly. Got our check in info a touch late (after we arrived) but that was easily remedied once I messaged the host in the app. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect for quick trip

In town visiting family this was the perfect spot to rest for the night. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was clean. Would stay here again next time were in town.

Perfect place for an overnight with my 2 boys (10 and 13). Quiet and clean. We came to town to try our luck at the diamond mine and scored a few nice gems! We ate at a local pizza place, explored the cemetery for a geocache, played some mini golf and enjoyed some delicious ice cream at Mr. Shake. We had a great little trip!

Nice overall place for the price. Nothing too fancy. Could use a good deep clean overall and dresser was broken when we got there. Air conditioning works great. And I left the a reusable k cup for the coffee pot so you don’t have to buy single use k cups if you bring your own coffee. But it was perfect for what we needed - a cheap place to crash after going to the diamond mines.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Nothing fancy just did the job. It was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. We really appreciated that the apartment was pet friendly and she enjoyed the walks around the neighborhood.

Snowy Holiday

We really enjoyed staying at the apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. Coffee, creamer, sugar, and bottled water were a nice surprise. The apartment was walking distance to family, making it the perfect location for our long holiday weekend. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment. There was definitely plenty of space to spread out and relax. I will definitely stay again!

Summer Vacation

This place was a good stay. The pictures were accurate and it was actually bigger than I thought it was going to be. The town was nice and quiet. It was a little farther from Cooperstown than I anticipated, but we enjoyed it! I would recommend it to people I know and would stay again!

Immaculately clean, newly updated furniture and decor. Very spacious. Well stocked kitchen. Perfect for our family of 6 as an overnight stay on a long road trip.

Property was as expected, slept 5 of us very comfortably. Had everything we needed. Used as our home base for Cooperstown and Herkimer diamond mines. Was a cheaper alternative to getting 2 hotel rooms. Area was ok, but the town has seen better days. Still a good start

Fun time with friends near Herkimer Diamand mines at Mohawk Valley mining.

Quaint neighborhood to walk in and look at the old buildings. Location was close to my friends family, and Canal Boat Cruise. Mohawk Valley Mining, and Howes Caverns within an hour drive. Overall stay was good. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked with what you need.

Went to woodstock on the way, baseball hall of fame, and howe caverns. Cozy amenities, clean, easily slept the 5 of us. Air conditioned, wifi,netflix. Full kitchen. Thank you.
