Enjoy our beautiful 2 beds 1.5 bath on first floor apartment located in the desirable South Utica, prime location, great-for a walk and close to shops, restaurants and mayor Universities like Utica and MVCC colleges, 5 mins from downtown Utica, 7 mins from train station, 8 minutes from Wynn hospital and 40 mins from Syracuse airport, sleeping very confortable 5 people with plenty of space to gather with family and friends including an inspiring fully equipped kitchen and lovely front porch to enjoy the fresh air this beautiful city offer.

What an adorable place! It was a great location - we were able to maneuver around town (University, shopping, meals) with minimal time on the road. The host was amazing to communicate with - very accommodating!

Property was VERY clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was exceptional!. Communication was timely and excellent. I highly recommend this property and would look to stay again if/ when i an back in the area.

This was a fantastic property in a very safe area of South Utica! The layout was just perfect for my adult family of four. Plenty of space for all of us to sleep and lounge. The rental was also very quiet…never heard any of the neighbors, although I did see them coming and going. We would stay here again!

A beautiful property, with everything we needed for a great stay! Lots of towels, bedding, blankets and pillows. It was very comfortable sleeping, and a nice place to relax with a great sitting area and TV. The kitchen was set up and we had everything we needed to cook. We would definitely stay again! And conveniently located!

Great experience staying here. We were in town for the baseball hall of fame induction which is just under an hour away. It's a really cute place, clean and updated, looks exactly like the pictures. The full bathroom is a jack and jill style from the two bedrooms and the half bath is off of the living room area. Hosts are responsive and easy to work with. Definitely would recommend.

Colonial Oasis of Peace

Perfect place for 2 couples to stay the weekend while in town for the Boilermaker races. Great location. Home was very clean and tidy and kitchen had all the utensils you would need. Common areas were very spacious and the central AC is always nice in the summertime. The full bathroom was a little small for 4 adults to share, but serviceable over just a weekend. It would really be nice if there was a washer/dryer included, to wash those sweaty running clothes after the Boilermaker. But, we made do. Would definitely stay again if we found ourselves back in Utica.

We come to CNY every year to visit family and have never stayed in Utica. We will definitely be rebooking next summer. Luisa (Owner) was accommodating and made it easy to extend our stay another day. Getting to the property and into the apartment was easy. Upgraded, clean and comfortable. It was home away from home. Highly recommend!

Great location

Booked for 7 days, in town visiting family in surrounding area. Great location, place was very clean, host responded promptly to any questions and they also checked in as well to see if we needed anything. Definitely will reserve again.

Great place that feels like home!

The property is a great find in Utica. Located on the main road, but quiet and peaceful. The beds were great, furniture was excellent, and plenty of room for the family.

Absolutely gorgeous

Our stay was so nice. The home was beautifully decorated, beds and pillows were comfy. Front porch with plenty of seating to enjoy the weather (when it's warm). We were very pleased with our stay here.

Clean, well stocked and professionally managed

The home was very nice. Towels, sheets and covers were all white which means they were properly bleached in between guests. Home was warm, well stocked with kitchen supplies, toiletries and the resident neighbor was a very nice man. He came and let me know I dropped a bag..knkw I dropped . Good people and a nice place.

Wonderful

Thus property was better than we expected. It has every item in the kitchen that you could ever want. We walked in the door to a beautifully set dining table and livingroom that had 2 couches with pillows and throws and bug screen tv, perfect fir relaxing. Bedrooms were very comfortable, and it also has 1.5 bathrooms. The host was very quick and helpful to answer any questions. It is a wonderful place to stay, we hope to stay there again soon.

Sweet!

My jaw dropped when we walked in. It’s a gorgeous place. I was impressed by the pictures but the real thing is even better. The living room leather sofas are exquisitely comfortable, the kitchen perfect for setting up horsdoeuvres for a party, dining room table perfect for diner for six. And it was decorated to the hilt for Christmas!

Outstanding Get Away

Great location. Very nice shops nearby for authentic homemade like food, close to Syracuse and baseball hall of fame. The home was super clean and great open floor plan in the kitchen and living area.

well-designed and equipped apartment

This unit must have been rehabbed very recently construction as everything felt close to brand new, and the layout is spacious and well furnished. It has one of the best-equipped VRBO kitchens we have experienced - altho no dishwasher, which is fine for a small group. While on a main street it is not a noisy one. Two minor complaints: the larger bedroom really needs blackout curtains all around, not just in the middle of the 3-window bay, because there is a motion-detector spotlight right outside that was constantly going on and off - activated by vehicles in the neighboring parking lot as well as the house driveway . FYI, there are 3-5 other units in this building and we had no issues with this. Second, the full bath shared by the 2 bedrooms has no towel rods, just one towel ring, so there is no place for bath towels to be hung either dry or wet. we were there over thanksgiving - the heat, internet and TV setup all worked well. Generous supply of towels and blankets. Pillows were a bit firm and overly filled by my taste, but we always bring our own! The mattresses are all very thick with memory foam top layers.
