Welcome to Bénodet, a charming seaside resort in south Finistère! This new house, ideal for 6 people, welcomes you in a quiet residential area, just 2 km from the town centre and the first beaches. Enjoy its garden and its large 30 m² terrace equipped with a barbecue for convivial moments in the open air. Nearby, explore the GR34 coastal path, embark on a cruise on the Odet or indulge in water sports. Between relaxation and discoveries, this house is perfect for rejuvenating holidays in Brittany.



Once you've stepped through the front door, cross a hallway and discover a large living space of over 30 m², opening onto the terrace. The kitchen, modern and fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster), provides you with everything you need for cooking. For your breakfasts, a kettle and a filter coffee maker are also available. On the lounge/dining room side, a large table for 6 people as well as a cosy area with sofas, armchairs, TV and coffee table await you for moments of conviviality with family or friends.



On the right of the entrance, a first bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a wardrobe offers a comfortable sleeping space. A bathroom with shower and WC as well as a laundry room complete the ground floor.



On the upper floor, two large bedrooms each have a double bed (140x190) and a wardrobe. You will also find a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, as well as a dedicated play area for children.



For your comfort, a washing machine is available for your use during your stay. You also benefit from two secure parking spaces in the property courtyard.
