Great house for big family get togethers! The walk to the beach was very doable (with the assistance of a wagon for our gear). Kids loved the pool at the house in the late afternoon. Kitchen is nicely equipped, which was very helpful as we ate in for the most part. Love the clean, open and well-lit spaces. Kids' room was fantastic, huge first floor master worked well for grandparents. We will be back!

Great Vacation House

We stayed in this house last year, and loved it. Great location, very casual, “beachy” feel to the house. Beautifully decorated. But this year was a whole new experience. The addition of one of the neatest bunkrooms and adjoining bathroom made it GREAT for the kids. Terrific place!

The top-notch amenities, beautiful Italian touches, and great location close to the beach made it perfect for our group of 10. It was such a relaxing and welcoming place to stay.The outdoor space and pool were awesome for gathering, hanging out, and cooling off after the beach. We also loved the screened-in porch for meals and relaxing together. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and serving a large group, and the coffee bar was a huge hit — we loved all the different machine options!The bedrooms and bathrooms are stunning, spacious, and very well done. You can really see the homeowners’ Italian flair and attention to detail throughout the home.From booking to check-in and check-out, Jessica and Hillary with ESPM Vacation Rentals were wonderful to work with and provided excellent communication and service. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this is a great house in a very convenient location. Everything was in very clean condition except for the screened in porch. The porch needs furniture that won't get was very dirty and moldy. A good rehab of that area would be in order.

Gnats and ants in kitchen?!!

Our stay was not worth the price and we were very disappointed and actually kind of relieved to be leaving. Gnats were a problem in the kitchen’s trash and sink, and would be attacking our food while we eat. No matter how much we cleaned and took the trash out nothing worked. The front door lock system ran out of battery on our second day. The property manager was great and did come out when we reported it, though unfortunately her solution for the gnats did not work and it was an issue throughout our stay. The deck and pool is nice but gets no sun at all (so don’t even think about getting a tan out there) so water was freezing. We asked to get it heated which we were quickly told it was extra but then they actually offered to do it free of charge to compensate for our other issues- UNFORTUNATELY it only worked for 1 day (and was actually not as warm as we would have liked) and by that evening it was no longer heated and was FREEZING again for the rest of our stay. The AC system is noticeably louder than what you would expect and is definitely inaccurate. We would set it to 70 and eventually be freezing but it would still be going. Then somehow at night it goes to 72 automatically, but doesn’t kick on even when it’s hotter than that; we woke up every night sweating, kicking our blankets off. We didn’t even try to get the pool heat fixed again because we were just tired of hassling people. The house is nice but definitely not as big or grand as shown online and the mosquito misting system mentioned in the add does NOT work at all unless that is yet another thing you have to pay extra for?! We were also told to tidy up inside, put our dishes through the wash and take out our trash. For a daily rate AND a cleaning fee I wonder why I’m doing housekeeping duties. Not worth it and we won’t be back.

Thank you so much for the feedback, we appreciate each review whether positive or negative as we work to improve guest experience in all of our homes. This particular home is very customized and has the highest end technology and European handmade and custom touches throughout the entire home, the systems all work well but can be tricky to navigate, we would have been happy to come show you how to work the thermostats and other systems, the mosquito mist system was out of the spray so we have had it refilled, all working well now. The pool thermostat is set to around 88/89 and won't run if it reaches that temp which in September it easily does since its still in the 90s here. It is currently undergoing a renovation to update it even further and will be spectacular. The homeowners continue making improvements to make this one of the best rentals on the island and overall our reviews have been fantastic. We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay and had issues with gnats and the systems and felt the housekeeping items we request from guests was too much, they are most certainly not a requirement but a little extra that helps our staff out with the limited time available when getting the home ready for the next guests but can certainly speak with our housekeeping department about that as well. Thank you again for your review and we do hope you will visit the island again.

Great Vacation with 3 generations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 3 generations of family together to celebrate a wedding anniversary. There was enough room for all. Never felt we were on top of each other. Had ample places to telework or practice instruments. The large kitchen with high end appliances was the hub. Everyone enjoyed the cappuccino/espresso maker. The Decor was very tasteful. Very close to bike trails and quick walk to beach. The youngest generations enjoyed the infinity pool. Would love to rent it again. The owners thought of everything you could need.
