Elegant 4BD/3BA minimalist villa with pool, steps from a private beach and the pink sands of Gaulding Cay. Enjoy sun loungers, umbrellas, bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, snorkeling gear, and super high-speed WiFi.
*Wavier must be signed for use of water sports equipment which includes kayaks, paddleboards, bikes, and snorkeling gear.
Personal concierge included to assist with:
– Private chef, car rentals, grocery pre-stocking (upon request/at additional fee)
– Beach bonfires, chair & umbrella setup (upon request)

Sidney Torres IV is the developer who designed and created The Cove Eleuthera which was ranked 1 out of 10 in world-class best beach destinations in Eleuthera, Bahamas. Now he has created a new development of private villas in a jungle-like setting with a forest of coconut palms flecked along the private pink sand beaches.
The villas are equipped with all modern day amenities including butler service, private chefs, and much more.
Sidney wanted to create a place where people can come to recharge and enjoy a unique one-of-a-kind development in Eleuthera, Bahamas.
