What a great place to stay and the view is beautiful. Difinetly stay more than one night. Clean and comfortable with lots of air with great ocean sounds to sleep too. So easy to walk to pier and short drive to town. Thanks again.

We had a wonderful 5-star stay! The location couldn’t be better—very close to the beach and town, with beautiful ocean views. We walked to the beach and the town multiple times each day with a toddler and infant to give an idea of how walkable the area is. The unit was stocked with everything you could possibly need for the beach, which made traveling with young kids so easy. The ocean was perfect for our family, and the free trolley access made exploring the area a breeze without ever having to use our car. The Murphy bed was a fantastic feature, giving us two king-size beds so our family of four was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

We had the most amazing time staying at this awesome 3rd-floor penthouse! My two friends were in from Vegas, and I live locally in Costa Mesa. The penthouse was perfect—spacious, clean, and with stunning views of the Pacific. I slept in the living room on the surprisingly comfy Murphy bed, with the sliders open to hear the waves at night. Pure bliss!We were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine and a variety of drinks to enjoy. The kitchen was fully stocked, and I had brought snacks, drinks, and food to grill—the BBQ worked great. We followed the hosts’ excellent recommendations and visited nearby coffee shops, and had a delicious dinner at Fisherman’s, dining outside under heat lamps with waves crashing below.We took full advantage of the beach, pier, and walking trails. The hosts thought of everything—beach towels, chairs, coolers, boogie boards, sunscreen, water—you name it, they had it. They also checked in by text to make sure everything was going smoothly. Total Super Hosts!Saturday night we explored the main strip—lively and full of music and people. Don’t miss The Lost Inferno, a fun Goonies-inspired tiki bar on El Camino Real. Sunday’s street market was a perfect way to end the weekend. We had a fantastic time and can’t wait to come back!

Long Weekend in San Clemente

Condo was clean and in great shape. Owners were quick in their replies to our questions and concerns. The included amenities were great. We were able to use the included bicycles and beach chairs. Even tried out the Murphy bed one night and that was comfortable. We definitely rent this again when in town

Great location to be near the beach

It was quick 2 night visit, which made the penthouse perfect. Checkin procedures were very quick and easy. The owners communicated all the information we needed. The condo was only a couple blocks from the beach. It was great having dedicated parking because that can be a problem in that area. Condo had all the amenities you could want.

Great place and location

We had a great stay at this condo, the views of the ocean were relaxing and the location was perfect - just a short walk to both the beach or to some great shops and restaurants downtown. The condo had everything we needed and the hosts gave us some great food suggestions and were very friendly.

Superb condo

From parking to sleeping…. A wonderful place. When we had inquires the response was quick and simple. Peter, Cathy and Taylor were all very nice and quickly responded to our needs. Close to beach, pier, walking, shops and restaurants. Will stay again. The condo was well kept and tidy, with everything a person needs… even bathroom extras!

Excellent Property Managers

We felt like we checked into our own home. Kitchen was fully stocked with nice pots/pans and small appliances. The grill was clean and ready to go. Communication was almost daily giving us tips about local attractions and they promptly answered all of my questions. The outdoor shower with warm water was an added bonus at the end of the beach day! Bikes, helmuts, fire ring, coolers, wagons and fluffy beach towels were available also. We will be back when we visit our son again. Hopefully sooner than later!

Quick overnight stay

We decided to stay here last minute for our 7th anniversary. The catch? We just had our first child, so we weren’t planning on going anywhere this year, but then found this beautiful condo an hour from our home!! Right when we checked in we knew we made the right decision. The hosts had set up a a great welcome party for us upon our arrival!! There was a complementary bottle of wine waiting for us on the kitchen counter, music was playing, and windows were open allowing the beach breeze hit us as we stepped in. The condo was extremely clean and has great modern amenities, including a heated toilet seat and dimmable lights throughout the property. The location is excellent with only a short two minute walk to the San Clemente pier and beach. We took advantage of happy hour at the delicious restaurant in the pier, and had coffee upon our checkout at the trendy coffee shop across from the pier. Directions for checkout were listed on the fridge which made leaving the property simple and without worry. We definitely plan on returning soon for a much longer stay!! Book now and you won’t regret it!!

Quick getaway

My husband and I love San Clemente. We come down on occasion to visit friends. This trip was focused on our puppy Sienna and getting her acclimated with our dog watcher/good friend. The condo was great! Loved the location, vibe, accessibility to beach, shops and restaurants. We were able to work from the unit and enjoy a bit of night life. And the evening sunset views from the balcony…wow! Oh, and we were greeted with a nice bottle of wine in the unit. It was a great experience!

The property was very much as described. It was perfect for 3 adults. The Murphy Bed is so comfortable, which was a surprise. The location is perfect, and having an assigned parking space is huge given how difficult it is to get parking in the area. My family says we should come back!

First Class Experience in San Clemente!

Absolutely stunning view of the ocean from the living room, the level of service was unbeatable, and it was a very short walk to the beach. This penthouse was actually better than the photos. It was equipped with every possible amenity, including all the gear you need for the beach, and on-site outside showers for after the beach. Our host Cathy was very responsive. She could not have been any better! This will be our first choice for accommodations when we return to San Clemente!

Clean condo

Rented this condo for 2 nights for a quick weekend trip, condo was clean, well organized, and very accomodating. The location is the main selling point since its a quick walk to the beach. balcony is nice since you can see the ocean clearly. price is not cheap but you pay for the great location, view, parking, and cleanliness.
