Perfect getaway apartment located in San Clemente's coveted "Pier Bowl." Bright and airy, this darling AirBNB is just a few short blocks away from San Clemente State Beach, coffee shops, and train station. Large rooftop deck with fire table & BBQ + tiny patio off bedroom. Enjoy fresh ocean air and seaside walking trails year-round! Sleeps 4 (adults) or 5 (two adults & three children).

* Beds: bedroom #1- 1 king bed, bedroom#2- trundle bed two single beds
* Private balcony with view,
* Rooftop deck above unit E is reserved for unit E and the portion of the rooftop deck above unit D is reserved for unit D. The two rooftop decks are connected by a bridge.
* High-speed internet via WiFi & Ethernet
* Smart TV: Netflix and Amazon Prime capable
* Ceiling fans in each room/ Portable fan in closet/ No AC
* Showers: indoor (hot/cold) and outdoor (cold water only)

San Clemente’s signature palm-covered umbrellas line San Clemente State Beach (.2 miles away - walking distance), providing a sense of tropical serenity to your visit as you relax in the shade. Volleyball nets and fire-pits for roasting marshmallows add to this beach’s charm. Be sure to take a walk along the historic San Clemente Pier where you will see fishermen casting their nets and if lucky, you’ll spot some dolphins or whales. Grab some clam chowder while at the base of the pier or stop by Fisherman’s Restaurant. Great surfing at this beach is a given. Note: Dogs are not allowed on the beach or on the pier, but there are great walking trails for Fido all along the beach. (See San Clemente Coastal Trail - directions) While on the walking trail, keep your eyes open for hidden painted rocks, painted by local artists! You might also find these hidden gems in Downtown San Clemente (see directions), the quintessential California beach town!

Such a great condo! Upstairs patio was a great place to sit and enjoy the ocean. King sized bed was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in in a vacation rental. Wagon, chairs, and beach toys available for use. Would absolutely book this condo again.

Perfect Getaway!!

Really enjoyed our time here, spacious, more than enough room for three adults. The location and views take it over the top, incredible rooftop deck, spectacular sunsets, and a garage for no hassle parking! Will definitely be going back!!

I have booked in dozens of VRBO'S and this was one of the best in terms of location and accuracy of listing. The views were better than expected. The unit was in walking distance of everything we wanted to do. It was very clean and well supplied. The manager was prompt to answer any questions that I had. Check in was easy. My friend and I had a fabulous time (we would have anyways, but the unit made things even better). I would rebook in a heartbeat.

Great location, in the Pier Bowl

We had everything we needed for our extended stay here-the hosts have thought of and have ready a lot of little extras. The outdoor deck is stellar-we watched whales & dolphins Ievery day (we brought our own spotting scope but there were binoculars at the apartment!). Easy walk to the beach, shopping, yoga studio, even Ralph’s for groceries,

We had a blast!

Three of my friends and I (4 women) stayed at this beautiful location. We had a blast! Everything was clean and ready for us. The only issue we had was that the description states "2 bathrooms". Which meant to us there were 2 bathrooms both having at least a shower, but the one ensuite bathroom is only a toilet and sink. Which with 4 women, one shower is just not enough. So, just be aware of that. Other than that it is an awesome place to stay!

Really nice and close to the beach

I thought the place was perfect for us. It was my daughter and I, and my mom as well. She took the bed and my daughter and I shared the pullout. It was a five minute walk to the beach and restaurants. There was also a fully stocked kitchen, which we used to cook dinner one night. It had a very nice size bathroom as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a beach side place to stay.

Great Vacation Spot!!

Everything about our stay was great! It was the perfect size for three adults with three beds. The pull out and the couch were both comfortable as well as the bed. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the necessities for basic cooking. The porch was very nice with a beautiful view of the ocean as pictured. It was a short walk down to the beach and pier with access to shops and restaurants as well as close to the downtown shops that were also walkable. San Clemente was also super cute in general. The neighborhood was safe, walkable and it was really just fun to walk around and check out the houses and views. The TV had lots of channels to choose from and was easy to use. We also appreciated the access to a washer/dryer and lots of beach toys, such as chairs, towels, boogie board, etc. The owners were responsive and friendly. Overall it was a great place to vacation at!

Getting Around

The unit is within walking distance of just about everywhere. It’s less than 5 minutes to the beach, Pier, coffee shops, the Amtrak train station (an easy ride to San Diego) and restaurants & shops on Del Mar Street. // The unit has an attached garage with a laundry machine (uses quarters). Guests can park 2 cars on the property - one inside the garage & one in the driveway (in front of first car). Please remember to close the garage door after you park your car. There is also free street parking.
