Fresh and Modern Downtown Historic Duplex with Two Private Pools
Enjoy all of the charm of old world Savannah in our downtown cottage, while still having all of modern comforts and amenities! PERFECT for two families traveling together or a larger group! This listing is for BOTH sides of the duplex, so you will have TWO 2-bedroom (KING beds), 1-bathroom condos, each with their own kitchen and living space! Each side has it's own unheated pool and courtyard! And, best of all, you will be just steps from all the amazing sites our Southern city has to offer!
There are some free parking spaces available in front of the property and along the side streets. Paid street parking is also available.
Please note that there is ongoing construction during the day, and a few of our guests have mentioned to us that they can hear construction noise from the backyard/pool area. It is just something to keep in mind if you are planning to spend much time in the backyard.
My friends and I had a wonderful time staying here for a weekend trip to Savannah! The space was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect too as we were within a 30-minute walk to everything.
