Perfectly furnished for 4 to 5 people, it has two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and an additional single bed. The sofa bed also provides extra sleeping space, offering a capacity of up to 7 people depending on your needs.

The bathroom includes a shower and a sink, complemented by a separate toilet for added convenience.

The inviting living area comprises a lounge with a sofa and television, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

Appartement, spatieu bien équipé

L'appartement est situé dans une petite copropriété entouré d'un jardin, près du centre de Dives sur mer. Il est spatieu bien équipé La terrasse est grande ensoleillée, cependant très poussiéreuse. Le gros inconvénient : on entend un voisin qui écoute dès 6h30 la radio toute la journée, et la télévision jusqu'à 1h du matin.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war wohl in einem Mietshaus mit 4 festen Mietern und nur die eine Wohnung als Ferienwohnung. Man war von den Nachbarn nicht so gern gesehen.Ansonsten war alles so, wie es in der Annonce stand

L’appartement est plutôt bien situé (proche centre ville, port Guillaume, Cabourg à pied)Appartement fonctionnel, propre, très bien équipé. On sent l’effort du propriétaire pour palier aux côtés négatifs qui n’est pas que de son fait. Car, une désagréable odeur de tabac froid est présent dès l’arrivée dans l’appartement.La literie chambre parentale, n’est pas confortable, l’appartement est très mal insonorisé.Dans le descriptif il est dit qu’une place de parking complète ce bien mais l’agence nous dit que non….
