Forget your worries at this light-filled home on Lake Sinclair! The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house has an open layout overlooking the lake. Spend your days grilling out on the large sundeck, boating, fishing, relaxing on the large dock, and cozying up by the fire pit surrounded by a private forest.

The floor-to-ceiling windows provide a beautiful view of the lake and large backyard.

The main floor includes an open concept living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry closet. Sliding glass doors open up to a spacious sundeck with a grill and outside dining.

The upstairs includes the master bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bathroom.

This house sits on 2-acres of land. A very spacious yard and a wooded area next to the house - great for exploring with kids!

A 22ft South Bay Tritoon Boat is available at the dock. We rent it out at special request. It comfortably fits 11 people onboard. With 140hp - it's great for watersports and tubing!

The water has a depth of 6ft at end of the dock and continues to deepen quickly, making it the perfect spot for taking a relaxing dip or fishing right off the dock.

There is a Kroger, Sprouts, Walmart, Piggy Wiggly within a 20-25min drive.

Milledgeville has a cute historic downtown area that is worth visiting!
For Southern Food, we recommend Aubri Lane's. The Local Yolkal is great for brunch - they are well known for their eggs benedict! For brick oven pizza, check out The Brick. And if you're looking for something a little funky, Bollywood Tacos has Indian-Hispanic fusion.
