This thoughtfully designed and beautifully furnished home offers ample space to relax and unwind, featuring a spacious open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area perfect for gathering together. Conveniently located, it’s the perfect home base for experiencing all that Fredericksburg has to offer. Only 0.6 miles away from the trendy spots on Main St! Managed by Heavenly Hosts.
The Space:
Newly Remodeled in a central location
* Large, open flow in common areas from living room, dining room, to kitchen
* 4 Bedrooms + VERY comfortable sleeping arrangements for 13 guests
- Downstairs: Master bedroom: 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom: 1 king & 1 single
- Upstairs: Bedroom 3: 2 queens, Bedroom 4: 1 king, Loft area upstairs: 1 queen sofa bed - 7 beds total
* High-Speed Internet
* Coffee maker & complimentary coffee
* Plenty of Dishes, cookware, silverware, and wine glasses
* Private parking & street parking available (up to 8 vehicles)
* Full Size Washer & Dryer (we don't provide laundry detergent or dryer sheets)
