Welcome to KER IZEL! This large 280m² house, spacious, bright, and equipped with an outdoor jacuzzi offers you all the comfort necessary for an unforgettable stay.



The strong point of this house is its very large tree-lined garden of 1.5 hectares, isolated from any nearby neighbours, and its welcoming terrace which invite you to relax outdoors. For a moment of absolute well-being, let yourself be tempted by the jacuzzi which is heated all year round, perfect for relaxing after a beautiful day.



When you enter the house, you discover a night area separated from the day area by a corridor, thus providing tranquillity.

The night area includes 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are equipped with King Size beds in 180x200, the third bedroom has an electric bed in 160x200 and the last bedroom is equipped with a double bed in 140x190. Two bathrooms are available, one with a shower and the second equipped with a shower and a bathtub for moments of relaxation.



The fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room and the vast living room, constitutes a true living space, perfect for sharing warm moments with family or friends. Just behind, a practical utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer makes your stay easier.



Upstairs, a large room with four single beds (90x200) has its own bathroom, ideal for children or friends.

An exceptional playful space also awaits you: a vast games room equipped with a television, a ping-pong table and numerous children's games, ensuring entertainment and fun for everyone.



Independent toilets are available on both the ground floor and the first floor for added comfort.



The house is equipped with an internet connection via fibre optic, offering good conditions for working from home.

The house is located in a quiet area, right in the middle of the woods. The Conquet ria is located 500m from the house and the magnificent Blancs Sablons beach is located a 7-minute walk away.



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.

We will be at your disposal throughout your stay to help you organise your trip, recommend the best addresses and also book activities according to your wishes. We also offer a rental service: childcare equipment, games, sports equipment (scooters, paddles, molkky...) You will thus feel right at home!



Smokers are accepted but only outside the house. Parties are also prohibited.



This house is suitable for people with reduced mobility (excluding wheelchair users).



Animals are also welcome, however we draw your attention to the fact that the garden is not fenced.
