Great spot for a beach vacation! It was just a short walk to the beach access. The unit was very clean and the host had excellent communication. We appreciated and used the beach supplies provided.

It was a nice location and we had everything we needed. The one thing that bothered me about the stay was that the place wasn’t clean…. Hair in the bathroom, half an inch of dust and debris underneath every surface (beds, coffee table, dressers, etc) , shady stains on the furniture, etc. interactions with the host were pleasant, besides the general cleanliness of the place, it was a nice stay.

Wonderful Place

Very clean, comfortable, great location, beautifully furnished! It had everything we needed. Having access to beach chairs/umbrella/wagon was wonderful! I highly recommend this place!

Beachtime & nightlife

Great location to walk to beach and shops, kitchen well stocked, kurig coffee with cups and outdoor grill. Backyard for relaxing and lots of beach provisions (cooler, wagon, chairs, towels, etc). Quiet street with private parking. Nice to have laundry available with all the salt water. Hosts were quick to respond, enjoyed our trip.

Great place in Fort Meyer’s Beach

Excellent place for a couple, small family, or 2 couples. Nicely appointed for a relaxing few days. Everything you need for a great trip is supplied and available, only need to bring personal clothes, toiletries, and food. Good location to enjoy all the area has to offer. Will look for future stays here.

Great stay

The property is very close to the beach and has a nice lay out. We did not use the outdoor area because we could not find the entrance on our side of the duplex and parking was not the best. The unit was clean and comfortable.

We are so sorry you could not find the entrance to the backyard as it is clearly visible as there is a main/well lit walkway leading straight to the gazebo/tiki bar area. There are also pictures in the listing showing this walkway/access before you booked. This is definetly a first with our 230 official stays at the property. We communicated throughout your stay. Wish you would of brought this to our attention during your stay as we are available 24/7 to our guests with any questions/concerns they may have before/during their stay.

Clean, comfortable, nice amenities

Great property just a short walk from the beach and excellent proximity to the downtown area. Clean and well kept. Convenient parking and all of the amenities you would need for a beach vacation including beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, kids toys, beach towels, and even sunscreen! Jayme was very responsive and we hope to be back again soon.

Beach time with the family

The property is nice and a not bad location. We didn’t realize how much of Fort Meyers Beach area was still damaged from last years hurricane. At first glance it seemed disappointing but we found that the bra wasn’t crowded. After talking with a cop we were told where to find free beach parking and he recommended a pizza place too. Learning that it used to take 2 years to book a place there made us appreciate that we could get around pretty quickly and there are some shops open. Overall it was a relaxing trip and I would stay there again.

We stayed for 6 days in March and had a nice time. Listing showed the location much closer to downtown and on beach side of Estero, which isn’t correct. It is about a mile from downtown, on the opposite side of the street and about a 7 minute walk from the beach. The walk isn’t bad and beach carts are provided, but it wasn’t what we expected. Property felt pretty clean, but dust on top of lamps, etc. Kitchen is well equipped but no dishwasher. Others mentioned the lack of water pressure in the shower and agreed, it was terrible. Lots of beach items like chairs, etc. and a nice backyard area. Hosts were friendly and quick to respond. Free trolley stop at end of the street was a nice perk as we hadn’t rented a car. Would stay again and recommend to others.
