Perfect for our college student visit

This home worked out perfectly for our family trip to visit our college student. Spaces were generous for sleeping, cooking, eating, and hanging out. Renovations to the house were crisp and fresh.

Comfortable, clean and cozy.

The beds are comfortable, everything worked, and there is plenty of space for people to gather and talk. Everyone very much enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home!

Beautiful and spacious home! We traveled from Wyoming for a funeral and there was plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our family! Clean rooms and bathrooms! Easy check in and great communication! Definitely recommend!

Family reunion

We rented Kenneth’s lovely home for my mother’s Celebration of Life. We had family coming from across the country and Kenneth’s home was perfect for us to all get together to reconnect. It was spacious and had several gathering places for all of us. We had 11 people, and it didn’t feel as though we were on top of one another. We would highly recommend this beautiful craftsman for larger groups. Thank you, Kenneth!

In for a Family Wedding

We traveled in for a family wedding. What a great location and home. 8 adults had plenty of room and a perfect gathering room upstairs and downstairs to enjoy our time. Close to campus activities and a safe community. Highly recommended

College Friends Reunion Weekend

Extremely satisfied with generously appointed and welcoming high-end accommodations! Best vrbo experience I’ve ever had. Great neighborhood too. Highly recommend this property and host for adult guests especially and small gathering (10-12). Great for entertaining.

Phenomenal large Champaign home

Can't say enough about our stay for a small family wedding at this 100 Craftsman home. Two group areas, one downstairs with a large TV (we watched the Masters -- yay for Rory!) and one upstairs. We loved the bedrooms, kitchen, large dining room . . . the decor. You'd be hard-pressed to find a better six bedroom house in Champaign. Thanks to Kenneth who communicated with us before and during the stay. You can see all the hard work he put into keeping this special house authentic, yet modernized and updated!

Perfect Centralized Location

This home was perfect for our workers that came into town for the conference that we had. It was very spacious and clean. Everybody had nothing but great things to say about it. Will definitely book it again.

Even better in person!

This house really has everything you need. Stayed here for a bachelorette party with 6 others and we all had a great time. Plenty of space, lovely kitchen and dining area, cute enclosed patio, and so many bedrooms! Plus, the basement was really great for our movie night. Good amount of space for parking and very close to downtown area as well. Definitely would recommend staying here to anyone!

Had a seamless check-in, upon entry the home is even more spacious than in the photographs. With three families, we all had our own bedrooms on each floor with coordinating bathrooms - which is rare and appreciated. We brought lots of gadgets for making a large dinner but the Kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of plates/bowls/tools/etc. In a great area close to shops and grocery stores - plenty of doordash options, too, if that's the vibe.

Great experience!

My friends and I were looking for the perfect spot for our college reunion weekend. Our experience exceeded my expectations. The house is perfect for a large group, and the neighborhood ended very easy to walk to campus. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Overall, I highly recommend.them!

Wedding weekend.

We stayed here the weekend of our son’s wedding. Everything was perfect. House was in a cute neighborhood close to lots of restaurants and shops. Very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out and the large tv and couch downstairs were awesome for my 15 year old daughter and her friend. Beds were super comfy and house was nicely decorated. House had lots of character. Great communication from host. Would definitely stay here again.
