Swiftwater Sanctuary is a beautiful, modern mountain home located in one of Suncadia’s most coveted neighborhoods - Black Nugget, offering both peaceful privacy & proximity to the resort's top destinations, including Swiftwater Cellars which is only a short walk away. The east facing backyard lends to stunning sunrises and comfortable evenings on the covered (and uncovered) patios - one of the largest, multi-tiered outdoor living spaces available in Black Nugget! Surrounded in natural greenery, you will enjoy peek-a-boo views of the No. 9 Hill on Rope Rider Golf Course as well as frequent wildlife visitors.

Recently renovated, this stunning home features three bedrooms, 2 King rooms, plus a bunk room featuring a Queen bed, a Full bed, a Full trundle bed & 2 Twin bunks. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs. Two full baths (+ main floor powder room), generous gathering spaces, an entertainer’s kitchen & dining room for 8 plus a four-tiered outdoor living space. The outdoor areas include: a large covered, outdoor living space, sunning patio, gas firepit, and a private hot tub & lounging deck. The garage has been converted into a game room featuring ping pong, foosball, darts, a putting green, drink fridge & Smart TV.

Swiftwater Sanctuary is outfitted with everything needed for a luxurious getaway or fun adventure, our home is PET & SMOKING FREE and intended for friend retreats & family vacations. We take pride in the details & want to offer all our guests an unforgettable experience. Our home is NOT available for groups larger than 8 adults or 10 guests total (including children) or parties/events of any size.

First time to Suncadia? The resort offers a plethora of year-round & seasonal activities including: bike, walking, hiking & cross-country skiing trails, 2 award winning golf courses, fly fishing and river rafting, sledding, ice skating, paddle boarding, a spa, frequent family friendly events & festivals, outdoor concerts, and a variety of restaurants, including the Coal Miners Coffeeshop in Suncadia's main lodge & so much more!

Lovely home with all we needed for 6 days of gathering. The beautiful setting provides close access to the Suncadia restaurants, golf, and trails. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and well maintained. The location was quiet and private from the golf course. We especially enjoyed our time gathering on the covered back porch.

We had the most relaxing stay in this spacious and well-appointed home. The beds were comfortable, there were many areas indoors and outdoors on the property to relax and the views were stunning. We loved the game room, hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor covered seating. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances. Communication with the host was always prompt and professional. We would stay here again for sure!

This house was perfect for our group of friends. We utilized everything… ping pong, fire-pit, hot tub, and every room between. We loved the location for our visit to the Gorge. (Bonus points for the house being located right next to the winery/restaurant and Rope Ride golf course.) The hosts were helpful every step along the way. I will definitely try to book this place for my next stay in the area.

The layout of the home is beautiful and suited well for a family. The outside living area is extremely well done. It's location is a perfect walk to dinner or adventure. We were blessed to spend our first family vacation here.

Great Winter Vacation!

We absolutely loved this house! The location is very close to the Winery and sledding hills and a brisk walk to the ice skating rink. The house was very well stocked, with a lovely outdoor fire pit and private hot tub location. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We look forward to visiting again!

Paradise in Suncadia

The owners have thought of everything for guests staying at their Suncadia gem. Their home is warm and inviting, and has all the amentities you would need for a home away from home. Practically Perfect in Every Way

Such a wonderful property and well-kept house, for a family of five including a few young ones the famous quote from Mary Poppins seemed appropriate for this place - practically perfect in every way. Both Brad and Keri made our stay as perfect as it could be -- even with a couple minor snafus with a cold hot tub and trouble with the remotes -- the hosts were prompt and very understanding with their responses. Simply perfect!

Amazing family break

Swiftwater Sanctuary is probably one of the nicest homes my family has ever vacationed in (and renting homes is our favorite way to go!). It was lovely, very comfortable, and so tastefully decorated…we hated to leave! The garage game room was a huge perk, and we had a great time playing ping pong…who knew the kids would love it so much?? The weather was surprisingly wintery during our visit, but we liked the house so much, we didn’t mind staying in. The beds were so cozy…and did I mention how nicely decorated it was? Everything was picture-perfect. Can’t say enough good things about this place, and our hosts were excellent communicators. We plan to come back!

Guys Weekend at Suncadia

This was the perfect home and the perfect location for a group of seven to gather for a weekend. The home was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped. We loved the outdoor space that was sheltered from the sun (plus a fire pit, hot tub, and bbq for grilling). Suncadia has plenty to offer, especially if you like to be active. Golfing, tennis, pickleball, basketball, and disc golf to name a few. Also, you're just a two-minute walk from the six-hole pitch and putt course (so bring a wedge/putter and a couple of balls). It's also worth checking out nearby Roslyn for a dinner out or the winery in Suncadia. I can't recommend Owen's Meats enough for some cuts of meat to BBQ on the back patio. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Escape!

Cannot recommend Swiftwater Sanctuary enough! The home is absolutely gorgeous and the hosts have taken such care to ensure everything you could possibly need and want is included. The decor throughout the home is perfection, and the beds are unbelievably comfortable! So many amenities: hot tub, fire pit, game room, media room, and beautiful chef’s kitchen. Can’t wait to come back again!

Family fun at Swiftwater Sanctuary

We went for a family getaway with our kids and grandkids and had a wonderful time at Swiftwater Sanctuary. This was a great place with a nice layout with plenty of room and very tastefully furnished and decorated. We enjoyed the game room, fire pit and hot tub and sledding on some of the hills close by. The location is great with a short walk to Swiftwater Cellars and lots of good paths and trails for hiking. We will definitely come back to Swiftwater Sanctuary!

Though it is only 80 minutes from our daily lives, when we are at home in the resort we feel worlds away . . . yet close enough to have friends & family visit often. As business owners, with two decades of hospitality and luxury real estate experience, your experience is everything to us. To be able to share our beautiful home & give others the opportunity to create magical memories of their own . . . well, there is nothing better.

Swiftwater Sanctuary is located on Black Nugget Lane, one of Suncadia's top locations offering both peaceful privacy AND proximity to the resort's top destinations, including Swiftwater Cellars which is only a short walk away. Our east facing backyard, lends to beautiful sunrises and comfortable evenings on the covered (and uncovered) patios. Surrounded in natural greenery, we have peek a boo views of the No. 9 Hill on Rope Rider Golf Course and frequent animal visitors.

This property is also our family's home, and we designed it just like so. Cozy and familiar with gathering areas for all ages and a great room built for the entertainers that we are! Recently renovated in the summer of 2021 our home feels like new, with a modern, luxurious feel, but one that still invites you to put your feet up, cook a great meal, and uncork your favorite bottle of wine by the campfire. Additionally, if you're here for the outdoors, we have one of the most extensive outdoor living spaces on the block . . . morning coffee & hot tubbing on the lower, private patio, afternoon games on the sunning deck, charcuterie & cuddles in the covered outdoor living room, and an after dinner campfire around our natural gas fire pit (pssst: the SAME fire pits that are featured on the patio of Swiftwater Cellars).

We want all visitors to feel like family & treat our home with the loving care they would treat their own.
