This 10-bedroom, 9-bath masterpiece comfortably sleeps up to 37 guests, making it the ultimate destination for multi-family vacations, corporate retreats, and milestone celebrations. Located in the heart of Suncadia, the home showcases unmatched resort-style amenities including a year-round heated saltwater pool, Washington’s largest private speakeasy, karaoke system, indoor pickleball/racquetball court, home theater, and a full gym. Outside, enjoy a poolside chef’s kitchen and two fire tables. An elevator connects all three levels with thoughtful accessibility throughout.

From January–March, maximum occupancy is 28 guests (including adults and children) due to winter conditions and parking limits. All other months: maximum 37 guests.
