Nestled in the exclusive neighborhood of Bakoven, a short way from the beautiful palm-lined beachfront of Camps Bay, this uniquely designed six-bedroom villa offers a contemporary-chic and ultra-comfortable getaway.
The villa boasts a symmetrical design with two identical living spaces built around 2 tranquil Feng Shui Gardens and 2 plunge pools. Each half of the spectacular villa has an open plan living and dining area, a modern kitchen, and a guest toilet on the first floor, with three bedrooms and a stylish pyjama lounge on the second level.
Both levels of the villa have access to the manicured garden and plunge pool via stairs. The top level of the villa features two rooftop terraces for each unit with a wooden pergola, a six-seater outdoor dining table and chairs, and a built-in gas barbecue.
The design of the villa makes it ideal for sharing with friends where guests have the choice of both private and communal spaces.
Exuding a timeless elegance, which is evident from the moment you arrive, two airy, open-plan living spaces flow effortlessly into each other and designer décor in cool tones of blues and whites creates a feeling of spaciousness and style. The open-plan living areas feature chic lounges with plush couches and armchairs and dining areas with eight-seater dining tables. Sliding doors fold back to allow the outside in and create the feeling of being outdoors against a backdrop of spectacular ocean views.
The lounge and dining areas flow into neat kitchens, with four-seater breakfast bars and all the latest appliances, including a fridge/freezer, oven and hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and designer coffee machine. Guest bathrooms can be found in the living areas.
Outside the lounges, stairs lead down to a gorgeously manicured Feng Shui courtyard and a small dipping pool. Cool granite and leafy trees make this peaceful enclave the perfect spot for unwinding.
The second level of the villa features two beautifully furnished, open-plan pyjama lounges with satellite television and access to the pool courtyard. This level also boasts two of the three bedrooms on each side with en-suite or private bathrooms. The second and third bedrooms have double beds and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Each bedroom opens onto a small private deck with outdoor seating and lovely mountain and ocean views.
The master bedroom is on the third level and has a king-size bed and beautifully appointed en-suite bathroom with a double walk-in shower, bathtub, and double vanities. This bedroom has access to a private balcony with breath-taking ocean views and direct access to the rooftop terrace.
Two stylish rooftop decks are located on the top level with outdoor dining tables for six shaded by wooden pergolas and built-in gas barbecues. Panoramic views of the Twelve Apostles Mountains and the Atlantic Ocean make an idyllic backdrop for outdoor entertaining.
The villa has secure, off-street parking in a garage and is fully secure with an alarm. A short drive will take you to the bustling palm-lined beachfront of Camps Bay with its plethora of beach bars, cafés, restaurants, and shops. The Table Mountain Cableway and the V&A Waterfront are just a 15-minute drive away.
This is a dedicated year-round vacation home which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!
