Therefore, we allow our guests control of the thermostat, ensuring your accommodation is tailored to your liking. The thermostat can be adjusted to a low of 68, allowing you to create the ideal climate for your stay.

Booking Information:

- Check-in after 4:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am.
- HOA Policy: Must be 25 years or older to rent. No student groups allowed.
- Maximum Occupancy: 6. No Smoking or Pets allowed.
- Parking Permit required - $45 flat fee per vehicle per stay (as of 1/1/24).
- E-signed Rental Agreement required upon booking; a 3-day grace period for e-signature.
- Credit card payments: 2nd payment (due 60 days from stay) automatically collected.
- A $250 Security Deposit "Hold" will be placed on your card that is on file 5 days prior to arrival. Holds are released within 2 days of departure, often the same day.
