Thanks for choosing my condo for your stay, and thanks for being so diligent about taking care of it. I really appreciate that!

Thanks for choosing my property for your Aspen stay, Danny. You're welcome back any time!

P.J. and his family are great, great guests - communicative, enthusiastic, and appreciative. It doesn't get better than that.

I loved having you and Greg at my place. Plus, I was flattered that you were inspired by a few design details for your own remodel. As hopefully you know, you’re welcome back any time!

Thanks so much, Jeff. I look forward to having you back if/when your travels bring you to Aspen again.

Thank you, Mirja! So great to have you and your family stay at my condo. Here's to the same place, same time next year!

Mirja and her family are total pleasures to host. Not only is she communicative throughout the process, so too is she respectful and appreciative of the space. As the owner, that means a lot to me. Most of all, her kind and upbeat communications make the entire rental process fun! Five-star renters to be sure.

Maureen couldn't have been a nicer, more accommodating guest. She was communicative and respectful of the space and, no less, appreciative of it - always a bonus for us owners. She (you, Maureen!) are welcome back any time.

So glad you enjoyed yourself at the condo, Brian. You were a total delight to have there - helpful and communicative - and I hope you DO come back!

Adam! I somehow just saw your review. Thanks so much for taking the time to write such a nice review of your stay. Please come back any time!

Thanks for much for the "superlative" review! You deserve the same adjective - communicative, respectful, and all around great guest. You're welcome back anytime.

Alex is an amazing guest - dedicated to knowing about his destination, how to explore and enjoy it, and most of all, staying in touch throughout the rental process - before, during, and after. He even sent me photos along the way! I couldn’t recommend Alex more - respectful, communicative, and clearly responsible.

Thank you for the kind words. It was a total pleasure having you stay at my condo. Feel free to come back any time!

Yes, as explained at the time, there was a miscommunication between the property manager and her employee about opening the windows versus opening the window shades. As you no doubt discovered, the condo heats up in a matter of minutes, so presumably closing the windows and turning on the heat did the trick in no time. It was a simple mistake and certainly not the norm. As for the comforter, there are a couple of extra blankets in the closet that could have been used if the duvet was too heavy. As you know, I did everything I could to rectify your initial unhappiness in a timely fashion - this despite the fact that my property manager had many, many other important things to tend to given the throngs of visitors that descended on Aspen for the Christmas holiday. I said at the time and I'll say now that I'm sorry the windows were mistakenly left open and that the condo was cold as a result (you did mention the heat was on, so that should have mitigated some of the open window effects). The simple matter of closing them should have done the trick.

Thank you for taking the time to write such a lovely review, Peter. The same sentiments right back to you! You and your friends were terrific guests - communicative and respectful - and, of course, welcome to return anytime. Thank you again!

You’re welcome back anytime!

Thanks so much, Karen. I’m thrilled you enjoyed my place and hope you’ll stay there again should your travels take you back to Aspen. Interacting with you was a total pleasure.

I'm so glad you chose my condo for your stay. You were a total pleasure to work with not only because of how communicative you were but also because of how you continually demonstrated your respect and, no less, appreciation for the space. I really appreciated that. I hope to have you back next year! For now, thank you very much.

Thanks for the really nice review. I'm thrilled you enjoyed your stay and that you appreciated some of the same features of my condo and condo complex that I value too. It's a special place. Again, thank you.

I'm thrilled you enjoyed my condo as much as I do. As for the well-equipped kitchen, with such a great summertime farmers' market I'm all about having great tools with which to showcase the fantastic Colorado produce. Thanks for staying at my condo!
