First floor

- Bedroom 1 and 2: with 1 king-size bed (180×200)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 3: with 1 king-size bed (180×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- 16 m² terrace

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

- A swimming pool (private, unheated), 5mx10m, open from June to the end of September, secured by an alarm.
