Messanges : a wonderful vacation awaits you in this lovely detached house, just 3 km from the ocean! Enjoy the perfect blend of peace and beachside relaxation in the heart of the Landes. Take advantage of the nearby bike path for scenic rides through the forest and breathe in the fresh Landes air.
Layout: Living/Dining Room: TV, sofa, dining table and chairs, two French doors opening onto the terrace and front garden. Kitchen with Dining Area: Fully equipped with a 4-burner cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and a dining nook with table and chairs. Bathroom: Sink and bathtub. Bedroom 1: Double bed (140x190 cm) with en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2: Double bed (140x190 cm). Bedroom 3: Two single beds (90x190 cm). Separate WC. Utility Room: Washing machine. Extras: Two verandas and a fully enclosed garden.
A contribution to charges of €50 per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included. FINAL CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (optional cleaning fee: €120).
