Stunning Condo near downtown Traverse City. This is a brand new loft style condo with high ceilings and up to date appliances and furnishings. The upstairs features a queen bed with desk space and the main level contains a comfortable pull out queen sofa bed and a mounted Smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies as well as coffee service. In-unit laundry which makes for a comfortable trip, so book your getaway today to enjoy everything that Traverse City has to offer!

The Space:
New condo development featuring all updated appliances and furnishings. An awesome place for a perfect getaway in northern Michigan.

The Neighborhood:
Only minutes from downtown Traverse City, this location has everything that northern Michigan has to offer. Bars, restaurants, hiking, and Lake Michigan are right in the vicinity of this location. Book your stay today and enjoy!

There is only one designated parking spot. All other cars will be towed. Please park in the spot with the cone labeled 502-3.

Very pleased with the property! Location is out of the way of the downtown but very close and accessible. The property was pet friendly which was a huge plus and was very clean and ready promptly for our stay. Couldnt have asked for more.

Everything is as stated or shown in the listing. Parking spots are quite narrow and badly need to be repainted, barely made it in my spot when other vehicles are parked. Also the shower is smaller than it looks. Just a couple things to keep in mind.Our sink was draining quite slow, but they were very fast to fix it and worked around our schedule.

Great place for a long weekend

Easy check-in and check-out to a clean apartment. The location is near a nice bakery, burger restaurant, and park. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect getaway!

This was the perfect place to stay! It was very clean and comfortable. It was also very close to downtown Traverse City! My fiancé and I both wished at the end of our stay that we would have booked it for longer!
