Brand new heated pools are now open!
Welcome to your perfect beach front studio! Location is key here, you are steps away from Bonita Beach and a short bike ride to Barefoot Beach. Beach and Tennis is known for its many amenities spread out over 15 acres right across from the Gulf of Mexico.

This 5 building complex is just a walk across the street from Bonita Beach! Located approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport.

The studio floorplan offers an open kitchen, dining and living/sleeping area.

The full bathroom comes with a full sized walk in shower and beautiful granite counter tops. All bath and beach towels are included during your stay.

Free WiFi is available throughout the condo.

We provide beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, and a cooler so that you have everything you need for your trip to the beach.

This condo is close distance to 3 award winning state preserve beaches including Barefoot Beach, Wiggins Pass and Lover's Key. Naples Fort Meyers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Island offer dining, shopping and watersports for your southwest Florida getaway!

No smoking. Including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.

Very pleasant stay

The condo was just remodeled, very nice job! The kitchen is well supplied with cookware and the entire unit was very clean.

The location is ideal with the beach easily accessed across the street and restaurants nearby. Traffic is much less than the Fort Myers area. The unit was very clean with a newly renovated kitchen. The new pools were also great!Chris was wonderful to work with. However, there are a few maintenance issues that should be addressed. The mattress was so soft that I found it difficult to fall asleep. I think it needs to be replaced. Also, the bottoms of the patio curtains are frayed, and one of the blinds has a very short string that was difficult for me at 5'6" to reach. Finally, there were silverfish in the bathroom (I killed 3). Chris was very receptive to sending the contracted pest control out to take care of them, but I asked her to wait until after I left so I didn't have to spend a morning of my vacation waiting for pest control. My vacation was half over by that point anyway. Five stars for the great location and pools. If the issues are addressed, I would rate it five stars for everything.

First Visit to Bonita Beach

Great location for beach access, nice restaurants within walking distance. The property is being renovated after recent storms but was more than suitable for a great getaway. Chris our host was very responsive to our questions, there was ample beach supplies available for our use. The unit we stayed in was very clean and well maintained. We are hopefully looking forward to another visit next year!

Amazing place to stay!!!

What an amazing place. So close to the beach and everything needed. Apartment had all we needed and was clean and quiet. It was unfortunate that renovations were still going on but we would love to return again and enjoy all the amenities. Chris was a great host and answered all questions right away and got us through our first use of Vrbo. Did I mention how close to the beach it was😁😁😁😁😁. Thanks again for the opportunity to stay in your place. Look forward to our next visit.

Studio Condo

Unit was very clean and comfortable. Owners are very good at communicating with renters. It is in a great location as it is across the road from the beach, within walking distance of a few restaurants/bars and overlooks 1 of the pools on premises. Many beaches and attractions are in the area. It is not far off Tamiami Trail (41). We had a great time!

Enjoyably Stay at the Beach

Location is comfortable, clean, and well-sutuated for the beach and services of Bonita Beach. Can walk axross the street to the beach and to a great restaurant and bar, or down the entrance drive to another good one. Unit is a large studio style in a tbe storey building, one of five in the complex. This was the first rental since Hurricane Ian (September, 2022), and the complex common facilities are still recovering. Cannot speak highly enough of the owner's responsiveness to questions and to an internet service issue that occurred. Unit is well-appointed, all amenities well-stocked. No complaints. Will look favorably at this ubit for next year's visit.

Disappointed

The unit did not live up to its advertisement. The complex is still in recovery from hurricane Ian and it shows. No pool , elevator on my side kept breaking down and the unit could use a linen and furniture refresh to keep the preferred standing. I hate complaining but I paid too much for what I got .

I wish Sharon would have shared her concerns with us about the property during her stay. The pool being under construction was disclosed before arrival. As for concerns with furniture and linens the entire property has brand new furniture, linens, and kitchen items all within the last year. This is the only unsatisfactory review we have received on this property in 3 years of renting.

Great stay :)

Positives: Very nice, and updated; We loved being across the road from the beach; easy, quick access...and loved that this unit contained beach gear- wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler :) Negatives: The washer/dryer is NOT in the unit...but there were coin laundry machines in the building next door. Also....one air conditioner for the entire unit didn't seem to be enough. The unit is in the kitchen, so the cool air never seemed to make it to the bedroom and bathroom area - even with the ceiling fans on.

Beautiful apartment in beautiful place.

Beautiful vacation with my family.Very clean apartment with all aplaiances .Next time I will get my toothbrush only .Few steps to the beach. With every questions manager Chris asked for 1 minute.Thank You Chris.

Easy access

Easy access to the beach behind Doc’s restaurant. The location of the studio was excellent. Only 3 floors up and very close to elevator and pool. Small Cafe was convenient.
