While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes, and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful and accessible right across the street from this condo complex. The sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made every day. Although ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach and Fort Myers Beach - local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area!

Due to damage from the previous hurricanes, work is still being done to restore the grounds and landscaping. Occasional daytime noise is possible. The tennis courts are currently closed, but two temporary pickleball courts are available.

You will enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the king-size bed freshly made for your arrival with hotel quality linens, and a walk in closet to store your belongings.

The full bathroom comes with a fully tiled, oversized shower. All bath and beach towels are included during your stay.

The kitchen in this condo exceeds what you may expect in a studio space with full size refrigerator/freezer, oven with smooth-top stove and microwave. Cookware, dinnerware and several small electrical kitchen appliances to include a Keurig K Cup are included as well.

Free WiFi is available throughout the condo.

A beach umbrella, beach towels, beach chairs and cooler are included with this unit.

Self check-in with keyless entry allows you to come and go as you wish, with no keys to keep track of during your stay.

Bonita Beach and Tennis Club 2 heated adult pools, 1 kiddy pool, multiple restaurants close by, elevators, Common area "pay per load" laundry facilities in buildings 1, 3, and 5, (this unit is in building 3). Close to the sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including wave runners, paddle boarding, kayaking and the famous Docs Restaurant. Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can walk to the beach, and free unlimited WiFi. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED.

The condo complex is close distance to 3 award winning state preserve beaches including Barefoot Beach, Wiggins Pass and Lover's Key. Naples, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva Island, and all of the neighboring communities offer dining, shopping, water-sports, wildlife, cultural, and sporting events for your southwest Florida vacation. This condo is the perfect getaway, yet close to all the pleasures Southwest Florida has to offer.

This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in.
