Modern Waterfront canal home with pool/hot tub

Absolutely stunning, modern canal home with salt water pool and hot tub minutes from Fishermans Village and downtown Punta Gorda. Location is perfect for easy access to beaches, shopping, dining and entertainment.

Beautiful views of the canal from almost every room of the home. Kitchen with island and seating and beautiful granite counters. Living room with sectional, reclining sofa with storage and phone charging. Beverage bar off living area with beverage fridge is perfect for storing your favorite cocktails. Master has king bed, sliders out to the lanai, en-suite bath and walk in closet. Extra long dock is perfect for fishing or just relaxing and watching the fish jump down the canal. Boat lift is for owner use only. Guest swim at their own risk in both pool/hot tub.

Smoking is not permitted inside the Property or on the premises.

There is seawall issues, can still access the dock and most of the backyard, be cautious when using the backyard and dock.

If you use the grill please make sure it is pulled away from the house and screen enclosure. MUST be cleaned upon departure.. There is a $50 fee if grill is not cleaned. Grill is propane.

For Safety/Security: Home has exterior security cameras. One is a RING doorbell facing the front entry, additional cameras in the front exterior, rear exterior and dock.

We really enjoyed our stay. House was well equipped. Pool and grill were great additions - we ate in quite often. Absolutely loved the location - wonderful area.

We loved this place

This is a great house with a wonderful pool to stay in. Perfect size for the 4 of us and close to downtown Punta. It was a short stay so we really didn’t take full advantage of everything the house had to offer, but it is fully equipped for a wonderful stay. Very clean as well.

We had the most wonderful experience during our extended weekend stay at this property! It is in a perfect location for shopping and restaurants, and the attention to detail in the decor was terrific. Beautiful home!

The Retreat by the Sea was great! Clean, comfortable, and with a nice layout. The pool and patio was perfect for relaxing and the canal view was great! . The home was well equipped with everything to make our stay stress-free, and the host communication and hospitality were top notch! Location was close to downtown, Fisherman’s Village and parks.

Very nice, clean, updated house

House is very clean, beautifully decorated and the lanai is spacious and has very comfortable patio furniture. Even though the weather was cooler than usual this year, we were comfortable swimming in the pool/hot tub as it was heated. Highly recommend!

Spring break

A great stay. We traveled with our golf bags and loved hitting a couple of nearby courses and then back to the pool for the afternoon. We also loved the hot tub after dinner. The place was great. Loved opening the sliding doors to enjoy the outdoors even during a brief rain. So relaxing. The lanai was my favorite spot to enjoy. Convenient location. We would definitely book again.

Awesome Stay!

We loved the house! The house is located in a perfect spot in Punta Gorda. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and view of the canal was awesome. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space for the 5 of us. It was so relaxing sitting in the pool/hot tub during the day and fishing on the canal in the evening. It was a great home base for visiting Boca Grande or Sanibel Island. I have stayed in Florida 8 times, this was by far my favorite place. The owners responded instantly to any of our questions and were very open to suggestions on making the stay for the guests the best it can be. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Perfect House!

The house was perfect!! It was extremely clean, comfortable, spacious, and stocked with all the necessities! Though the family room was nicely furnished, if we were home and awake, our time was spent out back lounging, swimming, and fishing! There’s even a tv outside, but we didn’t watch tv. We would have loved to watch a Nats or Caps game while in the pool, but we couldn’t get the games. The pool was amazing! Can’t wait to go back!!

Retreat by the Sea

The pictures are not misleading at all. This place is beautiful! It had everything we could possibly need and was very clean. The beds were very comfortable, as well as the abundance of pillows. The owner was very prompt at replying to messages. There are so many nice restaurants within 5 miles. When relaxing by the pool, we enjoyed watching the fish jump in the canal. We also saw multiple stingrays swimming by. The area was safe and peaceful. I would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Spectacular home

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay at this lovely home. The house was really clean, it had a very comfortable feel and was as described; actually better than described. There was so much comfy seating outside near the pool, we spent most of the time we were home out there. The pool and hot tub were crystal clear and obviously very well maintained. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. I really didn’t have occasional to need to speak with the owners during the stay other than a quick question but I was responded to quickly and they also provided their contact information along with a ton of useful information in a binder. We will definitely try to stay here again!
