Found in the heart of Norwich, this custom designed 5000 sqft spacious home is perfectly anchored on 4.8 acre lot amongst a vibrant landscape. The place offers all of the qualities you would expect from a modern home, and comfortably sleeps up to 16. This is perfect for family vacations to Mystic and the casinos, as it's only a short ride away to both.
Spacious rooms throughout the home all featuring high quality queen size beds; This home has many additional features and upgrades as well as over 1000 sqft entertainment area.
Enjoy the beautiful landscaping designed and planted by a Master Gardener.
You will have access to the entire house except the utility and supply room.
It is conveniently located between NYC, Boston and RI with easy access to I-395. Foxwood and Mohegan Sun Casinos, beaches, Mystic Aquarium, CT Wine trail, Slater Museum, Mohegan Park, Millionaire Row, Chelsea Parade Ground.

This home is great for small events of 30 people or less, subject to event fee and disclosure prior to hosting.

Great Family House

We were here for our son’s wedding. The house was perfect for our stay. The rooms are big and comfortable. The house is very spacious. It was the perfect space for all the groomsman to get ready at. Everything was as listed on VRBO. Host was quick to respond.

Simple and great for the pups

Very nice property. Family style so you feel at home and the size of the property is great for little pups running around. For a family gathering this is a good choice.

Girls weekend

Had a great time, the house was beautiful and very clean. Plenty of space for a large group. Wish the weather was better because the yard looked beautiful. I would highly recommended this property.

Older home in a very safe neighborhood

This home is in a great location to hop on 395 and is in a great, safe, quiet neighborhood. It is an older home and is kind of run down a bit with older stained carpets and furniture but everything works fine. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, pans, etc and a bunch of spices! The problem with check in was that we got sent the wrong code for the door so it was a bit frustrating but it got worked out eventually.

Large home for holiday and family gathering

This rental is quite large with six separate bedrooms, a spacious lower level family room and games room, and plenty of bathrooms. The large kitchen is well equipped for meals and there are two eating areas. The beds could be more comfortable as some of the guests found the mattresses to be uncomfortably firm but we enjoyed a lot of privacy. The house was clean. Coffee and tea were provided, as well as amenities in the bathroom.

Great House and Host

Everything you could need in this lovely, comfortable, sprawling home. There were three of us and a good number of spaces in the home we did not visit. A great property for large groups, or just great for two or three. We wanted for nothing. The home was well appointed, clean and comfortable (great towels!) and communication with the host was quite prompt and attentive. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely look to stay again if we find ourselves back in the area. Thank you Garden House!
