This freshly updated condo has a super fun "Chip and Joanna" vibe with quartz counters, shiplap walls and a giant 75 inch TV. Located on a quiet residential street in a safe neighborhood. Our cozy vacation home is perfect for traveling nurses & physicians, those traveling on business & anyone interested in seeing our incredibly historic Downtown Springfield attractions (without actually having to stay downtown!). (Traveling nurses ❤️ this place!)

Quiet home away from home

We were busy during the day with activities to help family and looking for a quiet place to stay with a full kitchen. This was a wonderful, clean place to stay and the thoughtful touches by the owners made it feel like “home away from home”. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Wonderful location

Loved everything about the house and location. Wonderful stay. Just not sure why I paid a cleaning fee but had to strip the beds myself before leaving.

Fantastic stay

Very clean. Nice 2 bed, 2 bath, with a 75" TV. All the comforts, and necessities, of home. Nice 2 car garage. Owners were extremely friendly and reachable.

Great place, Great hosts!

The rental has all the comforts of home. It is very clean and well maintained. The hosts are easy to communicate with and are very accommodating. This was our second stay with them and we will definitely use them again when we are back in Springfield!

Home away from home

My family and I stayed 4 nights here. It was beautiful, and so much nicer than a hotel room with kids. The hosts left everything we could need. We were close to our family, but also to many great restaurants and the grocery store, etc. Will absolutely stay again and would recommend.

Don't think twice, just book it!!!

Very lovely well kept modern home close to attractions and was just what my 90 year old mom and I were seeking in accommodations. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, the home everything offers everything that is pictured. I would definitely stay at this home again if I come back to the Springfield area.

What a great place!!

We were in town to visit family. This condo could not have been any better for us! It offered everything we needed and more. It was spotless and really comfortable. We have already reserved the condo for the next time we are in Chatham.

Family Reunion

From booking to departing, this was one of the very best rentals I’ve stayed at. The home is modern, well stocked and very clean. Use of the two-car garage was a bonus although the neighborhood is well maintained and quiet. I will definitely look to stay here for future visits to the area.

Working Family Reunion

The rental in Chatham, IL was wonderful. It was exactly as described in the listing. Spacious, very clean and great residential location. The kitchen was well equipped. The owners were great to work with. We felt welcome and we will definitely stay in this rental again.

Hidden Gem in Chatham

We were in town for a 50th anniversary celebration and this rental met all our needs. The owners were quick to respond. The location was perfect- nice neighborhood, grocery store & an ice cream/donut/coffee shop were super close and we were a 10 minute drive from the shopping and dining on Veteran's Drive. The unit itself was clean and comfortable and had everything we could need for our stay.
