This freshly updated condo has a super fun "Chip and Joanna" vibe with quartz counters, shiplap walls and a giant 75 inch TV. Located on a quiet residential street in a safe neighborhood. Our cozy vacation home is perfect for traveling nurses & physicians, those traveling on business & anyone interested in seeing our incredibly historic Downtown Springfield attractions (without actually having to stay downtown!). (Traveling nurses ❤️ this place!)

Wonderful location

Loved everything about the house and location. Wonderful stay. Just not sure why I paid a cleaning fee but had to strip the beds myself before leaving.

Great place, Great hosts!

The rental has all the comforts of home. It is very clean and well maintained. The hosts are easy to communicate with and are very accommodating. This was our second stay with them and we will definitely use them again when we are back in Springfield!

Don't think twice, just book it!!!

Very lovely well kept modern home close to attractions and was just what my 90 year old mom and I were seeking in accommodations. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, the home everything offers everything that is pictured. I would definitely stay at this home again if I come back to the Springfield area.

Home away from home

My family and I stayed 4 nights here. It was beautiful, and so much nicer than a hotel room with kids. The hosts left everything we could need. We were close to our family, but also to many great restaurants and the grocery store, etc. Will absolutely stay again and would recommend.

Working Family Reunion

The rental in Chatham, IL was wonderful. It was exactly as described in the listing. Spacious, very clean and great residential location. The kitchen was well equipped. The owners were great to work with. We felt welcome and we will definitely stay in this rental again.

What a great place!!

We were in town to visit family. This condo could not have been any better for us! It offered everything we needed and more. It was spotless and really comfortable. We have already reserved the condo for the next time we are in Chatham.

Family Reunion

From booking to departing, this was one of the very best rentals I’ve stayed at. The home is modern, well stocked and very clean. Use of the two-car garage was a bonus although the neighborhood is well maintained and quiet. I will definitely look to stay here for future visits to the area.

Hidden Gem in Chatham

We were in town for a 50th anniversary celebration and this rental met all our needs. The owners were quick to respond. The location was perfect- nice neighborhood, grocery store & an ice cream/donut/coffee shop were super close and we were a 10 minute drive from the shopping and dining on Veteran's Drive. The unit itself was clean and comfortable and had everything we could need for our stay.

Immaculately kept!

Great house great decor. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms! Didn’t get to really relax to much in the home as a colleague and I were in town for a class and licensing exam so we had to cram our entire four days. House was very well kept and the hosts were very easy to deal with. 5 stars all the way!

Beautiful condo in a nice neighborhood

We loved this condo. It was clean and comfortable in every way. Living room sectional provides plenty of room for seating and has a very nice large TV. Owner even put a small Christmas tree in the living area! Kitchen had plenty of room for seating and owner left us goodies which was a nice surprise. Beds were very comfortable. Check in was a breeze and owner was very always available for communication. It is also very close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Great stay in a nice neighborhood!

Highly Recommend!

Highly recommend this condo! Kyle & Emily were very easy to work with and very accommodating. The condo is well stocked with everything you need including a garage to park in. They even had a pack n play which I assumed I would have to purchase one when I arrived for our stay. It is very cozy, comfortable and very clean. I can't recommend this condo enough. I hope to stay here every time I visit in the future. It is by far the nicest place we have stayed with VRBO. Thank you again!

Top Notch Condo

We all were very impressed with the condo and all it had to offer. We have stayed at quite a few vacation rentals around the country and this was by far the best. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of dishes, utensils and cooking pots, pans and baking sheets along with having a gas stove. Sleeping was very comfortable and we all slept like babies. Having access to the 2 car garage was great since a storm came through while we were there. The neighborhood is quiet and a great grocery store and restaurant is 3 minutes from the condo. Visiting Springfield was a short 15 minute ride. We highly recommend this condo when in the area. Communication with the owners was also top notch.

Exquisite decor and thoroughly equipped

hidden away in a greater Springfield suburban setting is this incredible property. The Killebrews have gone way above average in setting up a luxurious and well-equipped property for your stay. The decor is top notch. The kitchen was well stocked with the tools you need to do real cooking. There is a back yard with paved patio area for relaxing. The location is very handy as there is a grocery store, dollar store, drug store all within walking distance (try the ice cream/donut shop - Scoop d'jour). Need more shopping? Just 3-4 miles north is a major shopping plaza with the usual suspects (walmart, target, starbucks, various restaurants). In terms of driving, there is quIck access to I-72. Bottom line: I can't recommend this property enough. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay

Very clean. Nice 2 bed, 2 bath, with a 75" TV. All the comforts, and necessities, of home. Nice 2 car garage. Owners were extremely friendly and reachable.
