The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. A dishwasher and washing machine are also available.

The bedroom offers a double bed (140x200), furnished with hotel-quality linens for a comfortable night's sleep. It opens onto a balcony furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying sunny days.

The apartment has reversible air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.

The bathroom has a sink, a mirror, and a bathtub.

Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure you receive an impeccable welcome.

Located in the heart of Lyon’s 7th arrondissement, this area offers an ideal setting for visitors looking to explore the city. The neighborhood is both quiet and well connected, with nearby metro and tram stations providing quick access to the city center, the Presqu’île, and the historic Old Lyon. You'll find plenty of local shops, bakeries, restaurants, and traditional Lyonnais cafés in the area, as well as green spaces like Parc Blandan. It’s the perfect starting point for discovering Lyon while enjoying a peaceful, residential atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Centre Berthelot — Sciences Po Lyon (line T2), is just an 8-minute walk.

Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is approximately a 35-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
