Entire Duplex - Sleeps 10 - Mountain View & Sport Court - Close to Zion NP

This is the perfect place for a large group or family to stay. This home is a top and bottom duplex and can sleep up to 10 guests.

Wonderful location within an easy drive from Zion, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon, and Lake Powell. Head to the National Parks or kick your feet up and enjoy the amenities! Rest and relax with the beautiful Mountain View and enjoy the bright stars each night from the patio!

The upstairs is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath newly renovated home with mountain views right out the back windows! The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, TV and attached bathroom with jetted tub, walk in shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed. Bedroom 3 has full size bunk beds and a desk/office space. The second bathroom has a combined shower/tub and toilet.

The basement unit is newly renovated and 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, closet and attached bathroom with tub, walk in shower and toilet. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom have full size beds. Additionally, the living room has a futon couch. The second bedroom has a tub/shower combination and toilet.

Each unit has its own dining room and kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, sink and panty, as well as its own washer and dryer.

Step outside to a large patio with a Traeger grill and seating for outdoor dining, and a sport court to play pickleball, badminton, volleyball or basketball.

Great place

Great location to get to Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon North Rim with beautiful drives to all of them. The house was very cozy and so nice to return to each evening. Very spacious, large kitchen and family room.

Great Home

Even though it was a duplex, it was easy to navigate upstairs and downstairs as a large group. We loved the tennis / basketball court.

Utah adventure

My 2nd time staying at Julie’s home. Large with lots of sleeping quarters. Love the view from the back yard. Such a great location in between Zion and Bryce Canyon. Hope to come back and hope her home is available.

Zion hiking group

We enjoyed the house, well appointed and comfortable. Plenty of room for our group of 7, almost everyone got their own bedroom and bath. The home was clean & tidy, back yard was huge and lots of room for enjoying the evening sun/weather. It was a bit farther from Zion Park than expected, but we made due. All good.

Great location - Awesome place!

This place was great! Two completely different living areas basically which was very convinient. The upstairs was very roomy and comfy for family Dinners and unwinding. The location was great. We stayed 4 nights and were able to enjoy all the following visits: Zion Bryce Grand Canton (North Rim) Antelope Canyon Horseshoe Bend Pink Coral Sand dunes Even hit Sand Hollow State park on way back to Vegas for a UTV tour as it was right on the way. Huge hit with the whole family. With the right itinerary you can do so much from this location. Thanks for all the memories!!!

A desert refuge

This was a great place for a big family reunion. Its two spacious units were more than enough for our nine mostly grown children and some of their significant others. The home is within striking distance of Zion, Bryce, and Grand Canyon national parks and many local, less trafficked hikes with their own unique beauty and charm. There isn’t much shade in the back yard, but that didn’t stop our kids from organizing basketball, volleyball, and badminton games on the large sport court, albeit slathered in sunscreen. A juniper tree reaching over the east wall also cast a big enough shadow in the morning for us to form a breakfast circle of lawn chairs and catch up over tea and coffee. The kitchen utensils and pots and pans were on the light side for a family our size, but we were able to adapt. My family thought no one would want to sleep in the camper on the property, but it became a popular spot to grab some alone time. Julie was very responsive to our questions and requests, even letting us use her postal box in the subdivision for a delivery. We enjoyed the house and recommend it highly.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed during recent Thanksgiving weekend. This property exceeded our expectations. Owners maintained it very well. Very generous with supplies and amenities. Quiet neighborhood, peaceful surroundings, convenient to Zion and nearby attractions. Appreciate the host Julia for prompt responses and assistance.

Special place for a special reunion

Thanks so much Zach and Julie for allowing us to use your beautiful spacious home as our location for our annual family reunion! It has enough room for all of us. Was clean, ac worked great to keep the house cool and had a sports court that we played all day and all night on! It was stocked with enough bedding, towels and all of the things a large group could need!

The neighborhood is a beautiful, friendly neighborhood named Cedar Point Estates. Nearby there are numerous hiking trails, mountain biking areas, ATV and UTV trails, as well as National Parks. Zion, Grand Canyon, and Bryce Canyon are all within easy distance. Coral Pink Sand Dunes is right down the road.

For groceries, Bees Marketplace is 8 minutes away. There are many restaurants for dining and take out in Colorado City (8 minutes away) Hurricane (20 minutes away)

This home is great for exploring the surrounding attractions or for simply relaxing at the house. The views out the back door are stunning and the sport court is an additional bonus. This house is also equipped with office spaces and fast internet for those that work from home.
