We went to hike Angel’s Landing in Zion and found a jewel of a place to stay. The owner called me and let us check in early. She even called us after we left telling us of some items we left behind - and she mailed them to us. If your group is planning on renting 2 or more hotel rooms in the area, this is the biggest no brainer you will find. This place has 3 nice bedrooms plus a huge bunk room for kids. Also a huge hot tub. Touchdown!!!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful property with spectacular view! Very clean and spacious! The swim spa was awesome! The hostess’s daughter was very nice and accommodating. The only downside were the mattresses. With two people in bed you would tend to both roll toward the center. Very little support. Still I would recommend this property to others.

We were a group of 9 (2 families and one couple) and were very comfortable. Beth was extremely responsive & helpful in answering all of our questions. Swim spa was a wonderful treat (and super clean!); we also loved the outdoor deck space & table top fire. Lots of game & puzzle options too!

The location was great for exploring Zion and the surrounding area. The kids loved the giant hot tub every night. It was extremely spacious and a great value. It is a basement apartment so there was noise from upstairs, but the upstairs occupants were courteous and as quiet as could be expected.

The property had plenty of space for our family of 5. Love the hot tub and the view to the city. The location was great: easy to get to Zion, Hurricane, Cedar City but in a small town out of the hustle and bustle! Would recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying in the lower level of this lovely home. It is spotlessly clean with plenty space for family and friends to spend time together. The huge west facing patio/porch offers a perfect view to watch the sun set. We hated to leave!
