Open area apartment, a little vintage and very welcoming. Up to 4 guests. In the heart of Limoilou close to restaurants, bars ans shops. Discover an exciting district of Quebec City close to downtown and Old Quebec.

New construction from 2019 and very well situated. You'll be among the people from Quebec City with lot of activities nearby.

The owner are leaving one floor up, don't hesitate asking us about the city.

You are close to the main public transportation and can park for free in the street.

Great place with all the amenities for a few days stay. Within walking distance to many great café and restaurants and not too far to Vieux Québec on foot. Would stay again!

This is a very cute neighbourhood mins from downtown. Lots of little shops, restaurants/cafes. Very clean and comfortable spot. The only complaint I have is the thermostat seemed locked and we were unable to turn temp down. Mid summer heat wave, and apartment was reading 24 degrees

The apartment was clean and comfortable, located in the central and pretty neighborhood of Limoilou. It was a short drive to the old city - there also appeared to be a good bus option to get there, but there was a transit workers’ strike during our visit. The apartment was well-equipped - we didn’t cook, but we could have, and the washer and dryer were a great convenience. Everything was very much as advertised. We had a great time.

Great value & location

Had a fun 3 night trip to Quebec City, and enjoyed staying in this ground level apartment. Apartment is clean, with an adequate kitchen, and the one bathroom is just fine to work for two adults and two teenagers. It was also one of the few places that would allow our dog to travel with us. The location is great, a couple of blocks from some good cafes & restaurants, and a short drive to the old city. Parking on the street is free, but you do need to move your car at the right time to the appropriate zone. Hosts were very responsive to one small issue we raised, and it was taken care of within a couple of hours.

Great stop over

A great stop-over on our travels from NB to ON. A short drive to a bowling alley and found a cute cafe a short walk away. Watched a movie, and enjoyed access to laundry.

Nice place for Québec discovery

Very good stay in la "tanière de Limoilou" Functional apartment where it is good to live a few days.Its proximity to the points to visit in Quebec City and the surrounding cities is a real asset for those who like to move.The rooms are pleasant and the bedding comfortable for a few days.However, be careful about parking: read the signs carefully, but there's usually a space on the street or in a parallel street.Property manager is very reactive to answer our questions.

Basement Apt

Good location. Park nearby to walk dogs to. Basement unit could have thicker curtains for privacy from street/sidewalk. Stove would not heat up, so could not use, not even to reheat food. Entrance needs cleaning and TLC. Appreciated having shampoo, body wash, soap, etc. Plenty of towels.

Great location, nice place

Great location - only a short walk away from a number of restaurants and a 10 minute drive from the tourist areas. It was nice to be able to have our dog stay with us at the place and the host was accommodating. I recommend!

Beautiful location

I recently stay for a long weekend with my family and had a great time. The apartment was just what we needed and we were grateful to be able to bring our dog. The hosts were extremely quick to reply to any queries, and the check-in process was very easy. We were especially happy to find that the apartment was very warm when we arrived on an especially cold night after a long drive up from New York City. The restaurants in the neighborhood were wonderful, there was a grocery store and pharmacy near by, and there was ample free street parking. Would definitely recommend this place to any family!

Great apartment in a sweet neighbourhood

We loved our stay in Limoilou, Quebec City. It was close enough to some great family skiing (Le Relais, Stoneham and Mont St Anne), and within distance of Old Quebec City. Also loved the neighborhood of Limoilou - great bakery around the corner and some good restaurants and cafés.

Dirty entrance, needs sweeping. Arrived by cab & couldn’t find suite but someone from upper floor yelled out * it’s a basement location, but did not show his face or say hi welcome. No cream or anything for morning coffee. Many empty beer cans on shelves, tacky! Small sign on drier said not to use, noticed after we washed a few things. Air conditioner in bathroom need cleaning. TV did not work no matter what we tried. Was told to turn off & try again? See through curtains on windows, not private. Location was good!

Nice neighborhood within a short bike ride to the Old City

This was a great place for us. Nice cafes within walking distance and a 10-15 minute bike ride to the old City. So many bike lanes and paths everywhere make for a nice way to explore with only a few days.

Great for a short break for our family

I stayed here with my family including two young kids. The apartment was true to the photos and had a good amount of space and everything we needed for our short break. The managing agents were very helpful and responsive during a problem on check in which was out of their control which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend

Lovely, fairly safe place to stay, very bohemian area

Arrived at night in the rain, couldn’t locate the exact number at first because it under a deck and it’s a basement apartment, had trouble with one burner on the stove, reported it to landlord, otherwise the place was fine, clean, quiet and in a great area. Found a place called La Souche, great poutine and great beer, you could walk into the old city if you’re up for it.

Amazing unit, amazing location!

The unit was spotless, modern, and completely as advertised. Kitchen was amazingly well equipped for those who wanted to prep some of their own meals and save some money on their getaway! The neighbourhood was quaint and friendly with lots of nearby amenities and very convenient to downtown. Host was very responsive to a few quick inquiries. We would absolutely return! Thanks again!

Although Audrey is lovely and very responsive, the accommodation itself was not what we expected at all. The only thing it had going for it was it was close the old Quebec City. The parking that is advertised is street parking, the beds are literally make shift beds (old mattress on top of a pieces of wood that weren't even even). One was so bad the bottom end was higher the top and was not even a twin size. I had to sleep on the couch because my husband and I didn't fit in the bed. There wasn't enough flat wear, glass wear, plates for the 4 of us. There was literally one wine glass and the coffee maker was for a single person. I would strongly recommend this place be advertised correctly, and add more fans since there is no air conditioning. This place felt like a single student accommodation that was used as a VRBO for the summer. I was embarrassed bringing my friends from Australia.

Great place to stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay while visiting Quebec City. It is a lower unit that is clean, quiet, and convenient. There are two beds…one is soft and one is firm. The neighbourhood is very charming with kind people and lots of amenities. Conveniently, Chez Lefebvre is a block away for coffee and a delicious baked treat. We chose to walk to Old Quebec. It was just over 30 minutes and the Via Rail station is along the way. Of note, there is a car rental place in Limoilou for the one day we needed a vehicle for travel outside of the city.

Some Positives, Some Negatives

Proximity to downtown was great, as was access to washer and dryer. The downsides were: slow drainage of bathtub, bathroom sink drain got stuck, no trash bags, paper towels, or tissues. Also, window coverings in front of apartment afforded no privacy. Also, burners on stovetop continued to turn red for a time after being turned off. These things are all easily corrected/ improved.
