This large home has one of the most breathtaking and panoramic views in all of Monterey Bay! It is dramatically situated on the highest point in the city (with a water tower located behind the home) so one has a complete 270 degree view of the entire ocean, downtown Monterey, the Monterey hills, and so much more.

This very large house has 5 bedrooms (4 Cal king beds and 1 queen) with 3 of them being master bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, 2 large living rooms, very open kitchen, and a nice backyard with picnic table and seating area.

The home is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, so parties and visitors outside of the number booked guests are not allowed.

Parking is limited to 3 cars. Parking is in the garage, on the driveway and one car on the left side of the street.

Due to potential fire danger, outdoor grilling and barebecues are prohibited.

I can’t say enough about this place! It is so spacious and the views are amazing! We were all in town for a family wedding and this place was only about 10 min from the warf and about 15 min to downtown Monterey. I loved the balcony on the front of the house and overall the stay and the house was perfect!

My adult children and families loved the location and proximity to Monterey for things to do. They loved the house and there was plenty of rooms to accommodate their party of 8. The hosts stayed in touch during their stay. Another successful and enjoyable VRBO rental!

Perfect Weekend!

This house and property were just as described. The views are absolutely amazing. We were 4 couples and used 4 out of the 5 bedrooms very comfortably. The open kitchen, large breakfast room table and area opened up seamlessly to the beautiful backyard where we enjoyed cocktail hour in the evening and coffee in the morning. The host was gracious and easy to communicate with. We will definitely come back and stay at this property again.

Beautiful Views, clean and light

The home has large rooms with lots of windows to bring in the light. Plenty of sitting areas to enjoy the view and 15 minutes from Cannery Row. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property. It does back up to large water tanks but the opposing view makes up for that side of the house.

This home is located in the exclusive Mescal Heights neighborhood, located in one of the most picturesque locations in all of Monterey Bay. This property was completely renovated about 5 years ago, so the feel is contemporary and very spacious. The neighborhood is also quiet and centrally located between Monterey, Marina, Carmel and Salinas. Because this is the very highest home in the area, there are city water tanks located behind the neighborhood.

This home has truly panoramic and breathtaking views of the entire Monterey Bay. You'll see the entire ocean from downtown Monterey and Pacific Grove up to Moss Landing and even on a clear day all the way to Santa Cruz. It also has excellent view of the Monterey Airport and you can watch the small planes land off in the distance.
