Spacious open kitchen and full washer and dryer. Soak up the sun in the open outdoor living space and then cool off with a swim in the pool. distance away from Walmart shopping plaza that includes Kohls, Publix, Sams Club, Nail Salon and Restaurants. Ten minutes away from Sun splash family waterpark & yacht Club.

The home was beautiful really nice and clean will definitely come back in the future very central to shopping centers had fun my infant and kids enjoy it we had a great time

Great House, Questionable Host

It takes a lot for me to not give a great review. I consider myself fair and more than understanding and reasonable. I loved this house. It was big and clean and beautiful. It was not close to the ocean, but that’s easy to find out prior to booking. The issue I had was with the host. She tried to charge an extra $300 after my stay for extra guests. There was no mention of the extra charge or a conversation at any point during the trip. I had my nieces and nephews there because there was room, but I could have easily sent that back to their hotels if a conversation was had. Then she submitted a claim for a broken chair - which was broken upon our arrival and I actually fell while trying to sit down to dinner the first night. She also claimed a table was broken and I asked her for details because I was not aware of any damage at all. In fact, we left the house spotless and in great condition. But I never heard back from the host and the insurance just paid the claim. I really felt like they were doing everything to get any bit of extra money from us. I wouldn’t stay here again, but if you go in knowing and aware, it is a nice house for the price.

Amazing!

Stayed here in March for spring break with the family and the place was super clean, every amenity was as advertised, the pool is a amazing as it looks in the pictures. This was the easiest rental experience that I've had, will definitely book again!

Beautiful house

House was beautiful and clean. Heated pool was just right for us. Communication with owner was easy and prompt. Quiet neighborhood, but very close to a lot of amenities.
