Welcome to your perfect Cape Coral vacation home! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located home in Southeast Cape Coral. Home is in a safe, clean and friendly residential neighborhood. You are only .8 miles to downtown Cape Coral where you will find some of the best restaurants and shops. Only 12 miles to Fort Myers beach. In addition to food and shops there is a weekend farmers market that is downtown where there are concerts and different weekend events.
This SE Cape Coral home boasts an open floor plan with plenty of room to entertain! With 1,502 sq ft under AC, the enclosed glass lanai lends an additional 242 sq ft of living space. This split floor plan offers 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, with a mini-split AC that can also cool the entire lanai. The kitchen's extended island with breakfast bar keeps every chef part of the social mix, while enjoying views of the fenced in yard and living room fireplace. It is a cook's delight with two ovens! Your backyard oasis awaits with a new paver patio, hot tub and above-ground pool.


Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need: Plates, bowls, cups, silverware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, blender, Keurig Coffee Maker, washer, dryer, and toaster!

Additional amenities include: towels, hand towels, wash clothes, beach towels, beach chairs (3), beach cart, pool toys, 5 bikes, high speed internet (Upload speed 20Mbps, download speed 1000Mbps ), stream 1000’s of movies and TV shows from one of the 6 TVs, ironing board/iron, board games, and extra linens and blankets for your comfort.

Just like home

My family stayed during spring break 2025. We arrived a bit early and were able to get in early after texting with the owner. Much appreciated after an 18 hour drive from Michigan! The house was very clean upon arrival. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and taking walks to nearby restaurants. We took some day trips to Fort Myers Beach and did some deep sea fishing. The only minor thing was that the bikes had low/flat tires and the air pump was not in working order. We could have inquired about this when there but didn't want to take time away to deal with it so we just didn't take the family bike ride that we wanted to. Otherwise, we loved the layout of the house, mom and dad on one side and the kids on the other side. Loved the lighting in the living room that changes colors with the tv. My husband is already looking into getting one for home. All in all, we recommend this home and would stay again!

Fun place

The property was very clean and well located. It was as described. We did not use the pool, but used the hot tub extensively. Beach towels provided were nice. We did not have much contact with the host as everything worked well. Of note I would expect more toilet tissue and paper towels to be provided for a 19 day stay. Also facial tissue should be provided in each bedroom. Overall our party was very satisfied and will probably rent this unit again.

FANTASTIC HOUSE, HOSTS & LOCATION!!!

Clean, sprawling footprint, large dining room and master suite...10 minute walk to all the action of Downtown! The house was PERFECT for our needs with the ability to entertain local family for dinner with great comfort. House has all that you need - everything from kitchen gadgets to beach towels and sand toys. We rented for a whole month, and welcome the opportunity to do so again. Thank you, Cassandra! FANTASTIC experience.
