Nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants, shopping and not to far away from the Beach. Home has everything even fishing from the dock overlooking the canal. This home is immaculate. Convection oven inside and grill for barbequing on the Lanai. This beautiful home has everything thing you will need to enjoy your stay.

We recycle plastic and paper. The small can is for the recyclables. The large garbage is for garbage. Pick up both on Wednesday by 6:00 a.m. .
Please replace what you use. Laundry soap, fabric softener, toilet paper . Make sure there's nothing left on the Lani

Very nice home!

House was very clean, loved the heated pool. We loved doing the puzzles in the evening outside at the table by the pool. Loved the canal to see all the turtles, ducks and birds. House was ready when we arrived and the owner was communicating when we had a questions. Would stay again!

Beautiful home

We had a great time. After a slow start to the pool heater it warmed up and was lovely. The pool and enclosure is so nice for time spent outside. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and canal wildlife. The house had everything we needed and was well cared for. Thank you, Tina!

This home was spotless and beautiful.

This home was just beautiful and clean. Decor was amazing. The pool was so relaxing and heated so that even on the cool evenings we were able to enjoy it. Our host Tina was most accommodating. I will definitely look into leasing this home in the future.

I'm from upper Michigan. I've been there since the day I was born. I own and operate a little cafe for the past 40 years and I built this home in 2022 hoping to retire. I do spend a little bit of time throughout the year here but of course not as much as I'd like to. I do rent it out on occasion and I come to find out that pretty much everyone takes good care of this house. The house is more important than the money. I do keep a very clean house. Cleanliness is next to godliness. It's the only way I know how to live.

I chose this neighborhood because it is pretty much a one family home in a very nice neighborhood and it's on the canal so I can fish
