The 111. An award winning cottage renovation in the heart of historic Lakeside.

Margherita, Thanks again for selecting the 111 for your lakeside stay. We hope the cottage "coziness" brings you back for more! Sincerely, Stacey & Darrin

David, We are glad you and your family enjoyed the stay. And thanks for the kind words about the cottage. You would notice the care, you are a builder of fine homes, From one craftsman to another, I really appreciate the compliment!

Shasta, we are so appreciative you and your guests keep returning to the 111 for your Lakeside vacation. We make sure to change decor items so the cottage has a fresh and new feel for our returning guests. We enjoy an upscale stay experience, and we wanted to create that in the 111. Thanks so much for the thoughtful review. See you next summer at the 111. Stacey & Darrin

And we love having your family, Emily! And no need to pack food with Basset’s delivery right to the 111. You ordered and we placed it for your arrival. The first guest to utilize this convenience. I’m sure other guests will follow. We look forward to having you back! Stacey & Darrin

Anne, Thank you again for selecting our cottage for your family. The care of the cottage was stellar. We walked in and said, "Wow!" It looked as though you brought in a professional housekeeping team. It was truly above and beyond. We hope to see you back at the 111. Stacey & Darrin

It was wonderful to have you and your family at the 111. We work very hard to create a design experience along with modern amenities. It feels great when guests notice and appreciate it. Stacey & Darrin

Megan, thank you for your thoughtful note. We appreciate when our guests notice and enjoy all the comforts of the space. We know families come to Lakeside for outdoor activities, the lake, the pool, cycling, and shuffleboard. But, on the occasional rainy day, we wanted to create a space where our guests love to be. Thanks again!

Doug, thank you for selecting the 111 for your Lakeside stay. And for writing the thoughtful review. Yes, we enjoy a great looking bathroom as you do. We hope to see you again! Stacey & Darrin

Peter, thank you for taking the time to write this detailed review. And, it is true, we work very hard to create and maintain a boutique stay experience filled with quality details. Peter, thank you for penning these kind words. And since you are a creative professional, your review is especially fun to read. Thank you for sprinkling 111 inspiration into your boutique rental experience! As a fellow creative professional I heard this sage quip, “Never worry when someone borrows from you. Worry when they don’t.” We are looking forward to having you back again.

Shasta, You have written everything we want people to feel when staying at the 111. We have worked to make quality detail choices for the 111 guests and you noticed them all. The jewelry box metaphor is brilliant! Looking forward to having you back. Stacey & Darrin

Josh, thanks for taking the time for writing such a kind review.. We do put a lot of effort in “stay experience” details. And we like appealing to guests looking for a boutique up-scale Lakeside retreat. We created the 111 with guests like you in mind. Also, thanks for taking such great care of the cottage as well. Sincerely, Stacey & Darrin

Thanks again for taking the time to pen such a wonderful review. We put a lot of thought and care into each detail, and it feels great when guests notice! And for all our guests that return, like you, we like to have surprises. New designer rugs, a fresh landscape lighting design, and tasteful decor changes. We want the 111 to feel slightly new every year you come back. See you next summer! Darrin & Stacey

Laura! I was down at the dock enjoying the sunny summer day at Lakeside and my wife Stacey texted telling me to read your review. Wow! That was so kind of you to pen such a thoughtful review. And you even left us gifts and a wonderful hand written card. The card has already become cottage decor. We are looking forward to having your family for another visit. Thanks again. Darrin & Stacey

Aaron, Thanks for your thoughtful review! We also found through our conversation that we are both creative professionals. And that world is about design details and execution. My wife and I worked to create enjoyable experiences for our guests and you noticed them all! Also, you even laundered the towels, which we ask no guest to do, and then rolled them and placed them back into the designer towel bin under the stairs just like they were the day you arrived! That is a next level guest. We feel honored that you selected our cottage to begin your legacy of Lakeside memories. Thanks again! Darrin & Stacey
