The Space:

Enjoy the entire 3-bedroom home to yourself in this charming Chandler retreat, perfect for a relaxing getaway or comfortable short-term stay. Take a refreshing dip in the private pool, enjoy outdoor dining, or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Designed for both relaxation and productivity, this home offers modern amenities in a quiet, convenient location.

Please note: the primary suite is located up one flight of stairs. All other bedrooms and the guest bathroom are on the main level.

The property was perfect for our family getaway. Clean, spacious with a fantastic dinning room table AND a table outside for bbq dinners and our family game nights. Having it be pet friendly was nice so we were able to bring our dog too. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Having a washer and dryer was monumental for our family. And the host was fantastic. Easy to communicate with and very helpful. If we come back to Chandler i know where we are staying again!

Best house on the Block

When pulling up to the property, I was surprised of its great curb appeal. Prettiest house on the block, great neighbors as I got to meet a couple of them as I stayed 3 weeks. The house has been updated with the newest fixtures and the gray/white color scheme. Not 5 stars as we could not use the pool or spa due to no heat. Had I known that in advance, I would have moved on. It was so helpful to have the garage door opener, and the Love Sac is true comfort while lounging out on Sundays and enjoying some football. The master bed was comfortable and the bathroom layout was superb.

Perfect 3+ week stay !

My wife and I really enjoyed this property, and appreciate the owner/operator time and attention. We had construction work at our house, so this was our home away from home during that process. Layout is ideal for really a much larger group or family. There is a very nice size LR with a giant screen TV, bedrooms are large (especially master) and comfortable, DR has a giant, long table that could easily fit 10-12 people, patio is clean and comfortable, we didn't use the pool but also clean and nice, kitchen is well stocked for all the basics. Great to have a 2+ car garage for vehicles and more. Super comfortable and great/convenient location. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Note that Master BR is up a short flight of stairs, which was absolutely no problem.

Perfect spot

My family and I loved the cleanliness, brightness, and peacefulness of this place! The fruit trees are SO much fun and the orange blossoms are our new favorite scent. We also very much enjoyed the pool and patio area. Will book again!

Beautifully renovated home. Private, large upstairs master. Huge dining room and living room. Easy access to fun backyard pool. Handy double garage with opener. Great proximity to Chandler and Gilbert amenities. Awesome family property!

Easy access to freeway and comfortable stay

Good communication and responsiveness from host prior to, and during stay as needed. Easy access to the 101 and I-10 highways. Clean and organized environment. King bed in master and 2 queen beds were very comfortable, however heavy pillows on all beds. Pool maintenance was parked in the driveway when we returned one day, so we were unable to park in the garage (had to leave vehicle on the street in 110 degrees). Needed to purchase needles to use with bike pump to inflate basketball for the pool. Not a big deal but an extra trip to the nearby hardware store. Pool was pleasant and appreciated in extreme heat. Looking out the master bedroom windows into the neighbor's yard isn't a pretty site. Be prepared to empty your own garbage and recyclables, strip sheets from beds, and start a load of towels prior to departure. Overall, the property met our needs.

Excellent family home

The house is in an older neighborhood but has been renovated inside and is lovely. The pool and backyard are just perfect for lounging around for a couple hours. The master bedroom is upstairs on its own and is large and very comfortable. The two smaller rooms on the main level were well equipped. The kitchen is small but well appointed and easy to chat with family while cooking.

The house and property was absolutely beautiful!! Ryan is a 5 star host!! Started our day with Coffee and fresh grapefruit from the trees. Finished our days after desert hiking enjoying the pool and grill. If you are looking for peace and tranquility this is the place to be.

The home was clean and well appointed Nicely decorated and comfortable. Only complaint was the hot tub didn’t work and we were really looking forward to using it as the pool is still too cold to use! Very prompt and easy communication with the owner. Will stay here again!

Wonderful home base for our stay!

We shared this home with another couple. All of us had family in the Phoenix area and a variety of activities that we wanted to do. This home was a great central location for all of it! So much better than staying at a hotel!

Would NOT recommend to ANYONE!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS PROPERTY MANAGER. Horrible experience.

Upon arrival we noticed an odor along with a few other concerns. A strong odor that was covered by an air freshener. For someone that is extremely sensitive to smell this property was not acceptable to stay in. For our son that is asthmatic our stay would of resulted in a health concern. We promptly stated our concerns and left the property. We were assured that if we left the property we would be refunded for our 7 nights stay. We have NOT been refunded. The other issues are as follows: Furniture was coated with pet hair. Along with broken patio chair. Stains on the outdoor carpet. Stains on ottoman in the master bedroom. Barbecue was filthy. Trash was over flowing from previous guest. Pool was stained and dirty. Nightgown was left hanging in laundry room. Black hair was found on the bathroom floor. At which all of these concerns were presented to the host and VRBO with very little help that was offered to resolve these problems. The host was extremely disrespectful, demeaning, and verbally harassed my husband on the phone when we brought these issues to his attention and wanted to leave immediately. The host refused to honor his word and kept ever dollar we paid along with a cleaning fee even though we immediately left upon arrival. We were on the phone for weeks straight with the host initially and VRBO lastly with no end result. Neither have assisted with helping us receive our refund as it was promised in a chat. We are extremely disappointed with the customer service with both the host and VRBO. As a VRBO owner myself I will be revising our personal relationship with VRBO. I would NEVER treat our guests the way we were wrongfully treated. I will be removing my listing and will never rent from this site again.

Location, location, location!

This beautiful home is in a quiet neighborhood perfectly located near downtown Chandler & Mesa, close to restaurants, grocery stores & other shopping. Excellent communication w/Ryan before, during and after our stay. The amenities, such as shampoo/conditioner and spices were a nice surprise, as were the delicious fresh oranges and grapefruit. It really felt like our home away from home!

1st Time AZ Visitor - Future AZ Resident

I was visiting the area due to a potential relocation with work. My husband and parents accompanied me at the well maintained property. It felt like a home away from home. We loved enjoying the grapefruit from the trees on the property and relaxing in the outdoor space. The host was responsive when questions were sent his way. The property was in a great location easy to explore the area. Looking forward to my relocation.

Great Chandler home for vacation

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood on a culdesac. The house itself is renovated beautifully, and the home is stocked with almost everything you’d need for a short trip. The beds were super comfortable, and the backyard with a pool, furnished patio, grass, and trees was awesome for the kids.

Amazing Vacation Home

I can't say enough good things about how fantastic this property is and property owner Ryan's prompt responses to any and all questions! This is a stocked and comfortable property for all your vacation needs. Our dog was welcomed here and had so much fun running around the yard. We will definitely book this home again when we return to Chandler from Nevada to visit our son. Thanks again for everything Ryan!!
