It was a good stay in a really good location. We we're able to easily get to old San Juan, Escambron Beach, and Condado Beach from here.

The location was perfect, beach was beautiful and chairs to rent to beach were only 5 dollars. The place in general needs some updating.The property manager Maribel was wonderful. But for the price it was fine.

Prime location just on the beach. The host is very nice and help you during the whole stay with any issue. We did not have any problems but she was available even for minor questions. The apartment is equiped with anything you may need, air conditioner, full kitchen, washer and dryer, internet, cable TV. The apartment has one designated parking space . The beach is right behind the building and you can rent chairs and umbrelas or bring your own. It is also located near the airport.

This condo has everything that you need for your stay in lufing a washer and dryer in unit. Communication with the host was great and she is very accommodating. Food, shope and events are close by, this location was on the beach with direct access. Great gated condo, bus stop is right in the front. There is wifi and kitchenware for use during your stay and the AC was ice cold. I recommend staying here when you come visit.

The view from this condo is incredible. The living room area is the best part of the whole place! We had an issue when we arrived with getting the keys and tried calling the host. No response but when customer service from VRBO called the host, we were able to get ahold of her and finally get in. The bathroom shower had mold around the trim and we received the wrong network and password for the WiFi. We figured it out, but it never fully worked correctly. And finally, in the bedroom, there was a portable air conditioner in there, however it vented out the window, but it was taped on and the tape wasn’t holding so the outside air came into the bedroom. Overall, the view and location made up for the rest, but I wish communication would have been better and the condo was more updated.

We did not regret this choice! Awesome stay at a decent price! The highlight was definitely the spectacular ocean view. We will miss this! The condo was roomy and clean. Yes, it could use some updating, but we fell in love with the place despite that because it is cosy, quiet and safe. It also has everything you need. The propriety is surprisingly very well kept and the beach is the best one we saw in this area! No seaweed, unlike some other areas close by, flat and packed sand, which makes it super nice to walk for long distances, and beautiful blue-green water, which comes with the sound of waves.The condo is perfectly located, with a lot of places to eat, pharmacy, convenience stores and groceries. We were able to do laundry, take beach towels and chairs to the beach, relax by the pool and cook many meals in the condo.We took a 15 min Uber ride to go to San Juan for one day and ended up renting a car another day to go to the rain forest. It was easy to walk or take transportation to main attractions and many car rentals options were within 10 minutes walk. Finally, the host was extremely accommodating and kept answering our questions with patience and kindness, which was much appreciated ! We are so thankful for everything and hope to come back to the lovely island of Puerto Rico soon!

Good value for location.

Clean and terrific pool and beach facilities.. Unit is a bit spartan but has most things one needs. Nice to have a washer dryer in the unit. Unit manager very helpful and responsive to inquiries.

Peaceful and comfortable

I enjoyed my stay. I’ve stayed in this building several times. This is the first time I stayed with this host. She was very polite and kind enough to let me check out late because I had a late flight. I truly did appreciate that I would definitely consider coming back.

Early Christmas treat

My two teens and I had a nice time at this condo just before the holidays. Apartment is steps from the beach where we enjoyed the warm waters, but could also retreat poolside when we wanted an even calmer experience. Neighborhood is very safe with plenty of restaurants nearby. We rented a car to take us further afield and condo includes a safe parking spot. Maribel is a very responsive host!

The area around the property require key to get into the building perimeter. The curtain in the living room does not rotate to block the sunlight.

Horrible!

We arrived at the property late on 4/25. The entire property was inundated in mold. We left the next morning as soon as we could find a hotel. I was promised a refund which never happened. VRBO is no help. I reversed the charges on my credit card.

Very Misleading and Disappointing

My girlfriend and I were very disappointed with the unit. The unit is in a great location but there are a lot of issues with unit. The unit needs a complete gutter renovation. All cabinetry are out dated, bathroom tiles are loose and peeling from the walls as well as being out dated. All appliances in the unit are outdated. The pictures of the unit found in VRBO are completely misleading, it does not paint an accurate portrayal of the condition of the unit. I strongly recommend against staying at this unit. For what the owners and management team are charging for this unit, they should consider completely renovating this property. It currently isn't worth what they're charging for reserving this unit.

Best Host Ever!! Amazing Everything l!!

I was traveling with an elder family member that suffers from Alzheimer’s. The apt was exactly what my family needed and taking into consideration my member suffering from Alzheimer’s. The view was spectacular and extremely beautiful to the point that nobody experienced any type of anxiety as traveling with an Alzheimer patient is very challenging,. Since it’s hard to find caregivers and nobody helos me in taking care of my lovely special need family member, I had to find a secure and beautiful Apt. to bring my special need family member. Our host Maribel García was an amazing host. She knew all my needs and she took as a priority the comfort and safety of my family. She was extremely empathetic with my situation and helped me with my needs and requests. Thanks to my amazing host, my trip was extremely smooth and we all enjoyed beautiful PR. It’s not easy to find emphatic people that are willing to work with you and special needs family members. Maribel…can’t thank you enough for your understanding and caring of the well-being of my family. I’m Recommending this apt and host at 110% You wouldn’t find a better spot in Isla Verde or a better host than Maribel. #Maribel#1host #Alzheimer’s is a sad disease that doesn’t discriminate age or sex and very hard to find people with a ❤️ that would truly care to help and are empathetic with caregivers THANKS!!!!
