This is a great place to stay when you are in Isla Verde PR. Convenient to beach, restaurants, Starbucks, shopping and a lot more. Spent a week and it was awesome.

The place was beautiful only issue is that it is a dip in the mattress and it needs a board or a new mattress. They should leave more than one towel and face rag for two people.

Clean nice room. No complaints with the room however the Esj towers where it is located are not nearly as nice as advertised

Everything was what was expect. Beautiful view from balcony. Great access to the beach. The only thinks that were wrong was the construction going on was loud and the water shortage was annoying but it had to be done.

I did have a great time at this place. It was very clean, pretty decorated and organize. It has a great view to the ocean. The parking was a little tight to drive around, something to think about if having a big car. The building can get very busy depending on the time, I visited in a time that a lot of people was staying around the area for Spring Break, but it was not awful but some noise could be expected sometimes, but nothing that the owner can have have control over. In general my stay was great, I had a great time, location is great near lot of restaurants and has easy access to the beach. There is a cafe at the lobby, a bar and everybody that works there was friendly and helpful.

I contacted the host 2 weeks before my trip to ask her about the condition that The island has with the water issue and she reply that they was working on it that she will keep me updated. She send me an email like 5 days latter and says the problem was resolved. Lyes no water when we arrived… and it was very frustrating to be there for 11 days. The water was on and off horrible. No cleaning service for the 10 nights.. we had to buy toilet paper and I requested for towels we got it 2 days latter… but it was a beautiful view…

Vicky We are truly sorry that your stay was affected by these circumstances. During the time of your visit, the situation was just as unexpected for us. According to the official schedule, water service was supposed to be available, but it was interrupted unexpectedly. Fortunately, you did have access to water because the complex has a cistern system, so despite the water rationing plan, service was still available. We also made sure to leave bottled water for your convenience. We understand that this was not the experience you expected, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience. However, these circumstances were completely beyond our control. Regarding the cleaning service, daily housekeeping was not included with your reservation. The cleaning fee covers preparing the property before your arrival and cleaning it after your departure. Once again, we completely understand how challenging your stay must have been, especially with the unexpected power outages that also affected the entire avenue. Unfortunately, these were circumstances outside of our control, and they impacted the entire area.

The unit was exactly as described, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view was absolutely beautiful! I would definitely stay there again.
