One of our favorite things about the community is the FREE tram service that takes you to and from the beach! The BEST part is the closest tram stop is only steps outside the front door making it convenient for you! Seacrest Beach is private.

Seacrest Beach Community is perfectly nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach on Hwy 30A. This luxury development offers an array of amenities including deeded beach access just across the street, a huge 12,000 sq ft community lagoon pool, an amphitheater, seasonal tram service to the beach or pool, and 1.35 miles of walking trails! The convenient location is within walking distance to world class dining, spas, wine bars, and many wonderful locally owned shops! Come see why friends and families vacation at Seacrest Beach year after year!

AREA ATTRACTIONS:
Rosemary Beach is only minutes away, with shops and restaurants, including the Old World style town center w/coffee shop, bike & surf rentals, and unique shops.  Check out the open-air markets on the weekends. 

Enjoy the beautiful sugar white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys. There is a fabulous Farmer's Market on the weekend where you can select fresh local fruits, produce, and honey. Nearby beachside communities such as Seagrove, Seaside, Water Color, and Santa Rosa Beach are just minutes away. The Village is also conveniently located 20 minutes from Panama City Beach.

Long weekend getaway.

The carriage house was as nice as the pictures. Seacrest Village is a great location for walking or biking the area. Weather was great for February.

Great Spot

A location, tons of beach chairs/umbrellas/etc. to use, easy shuttle service to beach, amazing balcony, three blocks to pool, super clean and everything you'd want. Judging from the guest book, lots of couples stayed here, but we had a family of 4 (age 10 and 12) and never felt cramped (I slept on couch).

Perfect Getaway for Couples

My wife and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary trip and the carriage house was the perfect spot! Very cozy and walking distance to all of our favorite spots in Rosemary & Alys Beach. Super clean space & host was very responsive! Overall a great stay, would highly recommend!

This was perfect for our beach week. It is beautifully decorated, clean, and was the perfect size for my mom, son, and me. Love this area and will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for us!

Lovely! well-appointed unit in beautiful neighborhood. Very comfortable space. We especially loved the large balcony. Perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The location is ideal.. Walk or bike to everything!!

Perfect Mother/Daughter Trip

The carriage house was perfect for my daughter and I’s annual beach trip. We will definitely book again! Everything we needed was provided. The pool was amazing and the tram service to the beach was extremely easy to use.

Wonderful stay / beautiful property!

The Crew Rest carriage house was exactly as described, if not better! Clean, comfortable, well stocked with everything needed, including beach towels and chairs - absolutely perfect for our kid-free weekend getaway. The location was amazing, within easy walking distance of both Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach and all of the shops and restaurants. The shuttle to the beach was extremely convenient and the community pool, parks, and facilities were excellent. Awesome communication throughout the process from booking to check out. Truly 5 star in every respect!

Beach Getaway

Location location location! My fiancée and I walked everywhere, and the on-call shuttle to the beach takes just 2 minutes till you are at your destination! The carriage house is exactly as shown in the images, clean, and no issues whatsoever.

Great getaway spot for new years!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a few nights for new year’s eve. It was the perfect getaway for two. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants/bars/coffee shops and the house had a small kitchen so we also cooked one night! The house is clean and has a lovely patio. Seacrest is a great area - close enough to everything but secluded enough where you still feel like you are on vacation. I will definitely be coming back!

Perfect Beach House

We couldn't have loved this beautiful property anymore! Very clean, relaxing, and newly remodeled. A great size for myself and two children. Love the attention to detail and responsiveness of owners. So close to the pool and beach too! We will definitely return to this property again! Thank you!

We had a WONDERFUL stay at the Carriage House! This was our first time in 30A and we weren't sure what to expect- it quickly has become one of our favorite spots and we will be back! The property was super clean, very walkable, and the hosts were awesome and easy to contact if we had questions. We were given recommendations for food, drinks, live music, etc. and we had fun exploring the little town. 10/10 reccomend!

Delightful 30A Gem!

Our recent stay at the carriage house was nothing short of delightful. Location Location Location! 5 mins walk in either direction to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. 5 mins walk to the community’s fabulous Lagoon Pool. The well appointed carriage house is perfect for a couple or small family, and Lauren and Jen have thought of everything - top of the line linens, comfortable bedding, beach chairs, pool toys. We are already planning dates for next year to return to this happy little place!

Perfect Getaway AND Location!!

Everything you need is within walking distance, and it was perfect for our weekend getaway! Although it rained most of our time, it made for the coziest environment to watch movies inside. The pool/neighborhood amenities have coverings to read under to escape the rain or sun; and the beach is a short 5 minute walk too! We've stayed at both the main house and carriage house now, and both are equally stunning and cozy on the inside. Jen, the owner, was always quick to respond and gave us great recommendations for local spots. We LOVED Fonville Press, Kilwins, La Creme, The Hidden Lantern Bookstore, and Pizza By The Sea; ALL within walking distance from the house. We didn't touch our car all weekend, it is just the best location! Highly recommend for a getaway, if you just want to drive there and disconnect from real life for a little bit! You won't want to leave and will be counting down the days to come back! We loved the Crew Rest Carriage House!
