Cocoonr offers this 38 m² flat with mountain views and ski resort within walking distance, with swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 6 people, for rent in Flumet. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an 18 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath). We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- An 18 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
- A private 16 m² terrace to enjoy the sunny days

Outside:
- Shared 6×12m heated swimming pool open from 15 December to 15 April, and from 15 June to 15 September from 9am to 7.30pm. Dates and opening times non-contractual, subject to change by the residence.
- Outdoor parking and ski locker

The flat is ideally located in Flumet, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
In winter, the Diamant ski area, with its 170 km of pistes, offers a multitude of winter sports activities: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, tobogganing... But there are plenty of other activities too, including themed trails and orienteering courses, and last but not least, discover Mont Blanc from the sky with a hot-air balloon ride!

In summer, you can explore the hiking trails, enjoy a swim on the beach at the Flumet lake, go trail running or climbing at the Carrière site, or go fishing on the banks of the Arly. Finally, don't forget to stock up on fresh, local produce direct from the producers: milk, cheese, meat, etc. You can even make your own Reblochon!

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the numbered parking space outside the flat. There is also public parking nearby. Car essential.

Other remarks :
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €25/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming.
- Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
- Please bring your own towels and sheets, or you can hire them from the Praz-sur-Arly laundry.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
