Featuring two bedrooms, a den, and one bath, it comfortably sleeps six guests. Enjoy ceiling fans throughout, a well-appointed kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi. The enclosed back porch provides a bright dining space filled with natural light—perfect for meals and morning coffee. Enjoy a true Rehoboth Beach getaway without breaking the bank!
LOCATION: Ideally situated in the heart of South Rehoboth Beach, Delaware—a charming, walkable area with boutique shops, casual eateries, and vibrant nightlife. Just steps to the sand and the famous Boardwalk, you can enjoy fresh seafood, local breweries, farmers' markets, and scenic bike trails. Park your car and explore the best of coastal living right at your doorstep.
PARKING: Off-street parking for one car.
AMENITIES: Ceiling fans, shared charcoal grills, two outdoor showers, washer & dryer.
THINGS TO KNOW: Please do not block the shared driveway. Linens are not provided, but a rental package is available. No smoking. No pets. Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. Nice property, well equipped kitchen, would have liked much better internet show was pausing often, unable to contact with our offices. Small cooler would be helpful. stayed there as a teenager with family, nice reminiscing.

This is a great property that is spacious for a small family. We have stayed here many times because it’s comfortable and the location can’t be beat. The only that could be improved is a firmer mattress for the King-sized bed.

Best Location in Rehoboth

The property is great for a small family of 4, we were comfortable and had plenty of space. The sofa bed in the living room might not be optimal to adults, but for kids it's great. The selling point is the proximity to the beach (not even a full block from the boardwalk) and the shops, restaurants, etc in Rehoboth. A great place to stay if you just want to park your car for a few days and not have to drive anywhere. The street is relatively quiet, for those who don't want to hear sound from Funland or the arcades. We would absolutely stay at this property again.

Great location!

The location of this house was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere, no crossing any streets to get to the beach! The house was clean and comfortable. We stayed with our kids ages 8, 5 and 3 and the house worked perfectly for us! The shared driveway could be a little tricky if you were blocked in and needed to leave quickly, but it was never an issue for us. Everyone left their car make and phone number so you could contact someone if you needed them to move. We would definitely stay here again.

Good location but needs some work

The location was great. Just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. This property was a good size for a family of four. The neighbors were not very friendly, which was a huge drawback. We have small kids who make noise and the neighbors were irritated by that. The mattresses and furniture was not very comfortable. The living room furniture was very firm and made it hard to sit and watch TV. The eating area was crowded and the seating very uncomfortable. There’s also no outdoor space.

Great location but...

Great location. Stuff to consider: - Seconds from the beach - Good amount of stuff to use in the kitchen - Laid out nice, very quaint - Re-max is not very helpful or quick to respond to issues - Windows don't open due to age/and or window units - King size bed is new but platform. Queen beds are super old and uncomfortable
