Little Cottage at the Coast - Oregon Beach Vacations

Welcome to Little Cottage at the Coast, located in sunny Seaside! This cozy beach home offers two bedrooms, two baths. You'll find the beach a couple blocks away to the west of the home, where you can take a nice stroll along the beach.

Upon entering the Cozy Beach Cottage, you'll find yourself in an open, yet cozy concept area containing the living room, and nice sitting area. The living space offers guests a comfy sofa and chair to relax in after a long day of driving or exploring! There is a flat-screen TV in the living room, so feel free to throw a bag of popcorn in the microwave and enjoy a late-night movie together. You'll also have Wi-Fi while staying at your vacation home. The dining area is right off the kitchen, which is a built-in seating nook, with windows on each side. You can step outside the kitchen door to a lovely outdoor deck, where you can enjoy lunch or dinner on the picnic table.

The kitchen has everything you need to make some homemade meals during your stay in Seaside Beach. You'll have access to plenty of silverware and dishware, as well as an oven/stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, toaster oven, and microwave (these last two items are located in the garage). A washer and dryer is located just off the second bathroom area, so you can wash any wet or sandy clothes before heading home!

The first bedroom contains a private bathroom and one queen bed. There is also a flat screen TV for you to enjoy before heading off to sleep. The bathroom offers a shower.

Head through the hallway and you will find the second bathroom, right between the kitchen and the second bedroom. This bedroom offers two twin-size beds.

While staying in Seaside, you'll have plenty to see and do. The Pacific Ocean is a short walk away, where you and your family can explore the sandy shores or go surfing. Just be sure to bring a surfboard with you, or you can rent one from the nearest surf shop in town! There are plenty of shops and restaurants to try located along historic Highway 101. Tillamook is a short drive south, where you can explore the Cheese Factory and grab lunch and dessert. Book a stay at this cozy beauty with Oregon Beach Vacations today!

Cozy and Comfy Cottage near Promenade

The property is a lovely cottage one block from the Promenade by the beach. Two bedrooms & two baths. Nicely decorated. Clean. Worked well for me to take my elderly mom for a long Easter Weekend!

October Beach Getaway

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the accommodations were comfortable. We had some trouble operating the television but we didn't really need it. We would definitely stay here again.

The cottage was clean but pretty rustic. Well stocked kitchen but very few closets. Never could get the back door open. The location was excellent for getting to the beach.

Perfect location for beach and town access. Clean and spacious enough for 4 adults. Plenty of chairs, tables and comfy seating. Shows fireplace in ad pictures, but failed to mention that it cannot be used.

It's a cute little cottage in a good area!

We really liked it. However the shower in the main bathroom does not work so we had to share the other shower, a little inconvinient. Location is good and that is really the only issue!

Gramma, Pops, and the boys.

We took our 11- and 13 year old grandsons on a quick beach vacation. Everyone had a great time. Wells said, “This house is perfect for us.” Quiet street one block from the beach. The boys found this skim board and put it to good use.

Quick Get Away

This was perfect for 2 BFF’s and a quick last minute get away. The 2 bedrooms and baths worked great. We did find the coffee pot and beans… but no grinder for the beans… so no morning coffee was the only downfall… all else and communication with the company was great!

space was comfortable for 2 however it needed a better cleaning. If someone would give a little more TLC to this home it would be better ie stocking items needed. The 1 block distance to the beach was perfect. Water pressure was really good . Bed was firm .

Was asked to lock the hot tub but there isn't one! Main bathroom door wouldn't close all the way so couldn't ensure privacy. Kitchen cabinets were a bit worn. A bit overpriced with all the added taxes. Cute little house nevertheless.

Home is nice and roomy.

The pictures online do not do this beach house justice. It is much larger than the pics appear to be in the listing. The house was clean and easy to enter with the keybox. There is a microwave in the kitchen and the washer/dryer is in the M. Bath. Great location - walkable to beach and restaurants. Front yard is pretty with grassy area and beach rocks. Access to rear deck is off the kitchen. House has a musty smell though. Maybe needs new flooring to replace the old carpet? Parking is easy and convenient with paved driveway. Fireplace cannot be used. We enjoyed our stay (2 nights).

Seaside Cottage Leisure

My BFF from high school 56 years ago and I went to Seaside to catch up since we saw each other a couple of years ago. The cottage is in a good location. It is small but comfortable. The listing says one block from the beach, but there is quite a bit of sand and ocean grasses prior to getting to the beach, although there are sand walking paths. The promenade was a block away, and we thoroughly enjoyed strolling on it and eating at Maggie’s. The deck on the back of the cottage was a simple, nice space that gave us opportunity to be outside, but out of the wind . Portions of the house needed a good dusting, but the kitchen, towels and linens were fresh and clean. It looked like the carpeting in the living room area was new. I would definitely make a longer return visit.

It was older than I thought it would be. I think it’s time for some touchups with the paint on the woodwork. Overall, it was nice. The shower in the laundry room is hard to figure out. I think the cold is the hot and the hot is the cold. I was surprised you would ask for a tip. I think the Vrbo price is high enough as is. I am going to leave a tip because I know what it’s like to clean a Vrbo house. My daughter and I met in Portland to celebrate her 50th birthday. She flew from Chicago and I flew from Wisconsin. We stayed two nights in Portland, and two nights here

Comfy stay during a winter storm but was mislead about the firepl

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lots of little issues mostly about the amenities description listed on VRBO, otherwise comfy place! The main reason for renting this unit was because it listed a fireplace. I messaged the contact (property management company) to see if I needed to bring firewood or would it be supplied. After no return contact, I called the office and was told no need to bring, everything needed would be there. When we walked in, there was a sign on the wall "Please do not us fireplace". Why list it if you can't use it especially during a winter storm!! Also no TV in 2nd bedroom as listed, basically the listing needs lots of updates, otherwise nice place.
