Open Living, Dining Room & Brand New Kitchen featuring Electric fireplace, new furnishings, comfy new Queen sofa sleeper, Desk with computer, printer & scanner, new 60" TV with cable. We are all set up so you can WORK REMOTELY. Master Bedroom Suite has new comfy King Sleep Number mattress and 60" TV with cable, with it's own private remodeled bath with shower/tub combo. 2nd Full Hall Bath is remodeled & has stand up shower! Luxurious Linens! Bose radio. Everything is new from the carpet & laminate, to paint, crown moldings, cabinets, doors, etc. Games, puzzles, toys for the kids to play on the beach along with & 2 lawn chairs and beach towels. We had a wonderful stay! Spring was excellent with communication from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. The condo was in pristine condition, exactly as shown in the photos, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was well-appointed, and we appreciated the little touches—like decorative lights in the bedroom, enough coffee for each day of our stay, and the amazing fireplace! The location is the best in the complex, with beautiful views of the promenade, Tillamook Head, and the coast. Check-in and check-out were both a breeze. We can’t wait to come back!

Exceeded Expectations

This place was immaculate! One of the nicest places we have had the privilege of staying. Perfect location on the Prom and Perfect view of the ocean waves. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable.

Welcome to our Home away from Home! When we first walked in, we were taken back
by the gorgeous ocean views. Spending time in Seaside as a child are some of our most
cherished memories. We knew this was a little slice of heaven.

The unit was in need of updating and so we did our usual ... went above and beyond in
renovating it. My 30+ years of extensive knowledge in real estate combined with Mark
and I's experience in renovating homes that consumers rave about, we set out to create our vision.

We have worked hard to create a relaxing and comfortable beach home, fully stocked
with whatever we could imagine you might need to make your stay a relaxing and
memorable one.
