The Space:

When it’s time to escape to the Northern Oregon Coast for your next family vacation, the Seashell Beach House is the ideal spot to set up a home base! Recently renovated with comfortable, modern furnishings, this home offers a spacious living area with plenty of seating and a large brick fireplace that you can curl up next to on stormy winter days. You'll even have a Ping-Pong table in the garage to welcome you home from the beach each afternoon!



What’s nearby:

This home sits right next to Cartwright Park, less than a mile south of the center of Seaside. The beach and the promenade (a paved pathway that stretches for a mile and a half along the Pacific Ocean) are only three blocks west, and the Seaside Golf Course awaits one block south. Broadway Street, with its wide variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, is also less than a mile north.

We enjoyed our time at the house. We appreciated that there was a park right across the street to walk our dog. House was very comfortable and not to far from the beach.

We enjoyed our stay with the comfortable living room and kitchen and welcome to our two dogs. The location was fantastic in walking distance to the beach and local shops. The kitchen was well appointed for us to make several dinners. The beds were very comfortable.

Property was bigger than expected. Good location for a base camp to explore lots of beaches, etc. Park across the street was very family/pet friendly. Host was very helpful with our not so tech savvy generation . We would definitely book again !

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very cute but could use a deep clean. We couldn't find a can opener so bought and left one. That seems weird like maybe someone took their can opener? The kitchen is otherwise very well equipped. The listing says 3 blocks from the beach and there are 2 queen beds. The house is 5 blocks from the beach, which is no big deal, and there is now a king bed in one room.

This was a really comfortable rental house for our family of 2 adults and 1 dog. Another family would’ve fit in too no prob. New living room furniture was comfortable and clean. Bed was king comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. Lots of extras available in the garage including beach gear. We’ll be back!

Great stay

This property is within easy walking distance to a much less crowded beach than the main center for Seaside, while still being within 5 minutes driving to tourist attractions, shoppping, and a wide variety of places to eat.We look forward to staying here again!

Loved our stay!

Great place for our family get away. Very comfortable and great neighborhood. Could improve on cleaning pet hairs from rug and pillows but over all loved our stay.
