Welcome to our Warm and Cozy- Freshly Remodeled, Renovated & Refurnished 2BR/2BA Condo on the second floor of a Private-Gated Community Building overlooking the gorgeous bay. The condo is in the most desirable location as we are across from the renowned Ritz Carlton and Upscale and Modern Shopping Plaza with Restaurants and Boutiques has broken ground next to it. Construction occurs during daytime hours, as well as minutes from the upscale shopping and dinner district of Mercado.

Enjoy a 3-minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach where you can relax on the beautiful golden sand, rent jet-skis and other watersport(s) and activities. We provide our guests with beach chairs, umbrella, towels and beach toys for children.
Enjoy a delicious brunch at the famous Gumbo Limbo restaurant/Bar; Turtle Club Beach Front Restaurant.


The open and spacious Family room has a Sofa that unfolds into a Queen-sized sleeper. Open the sliding door leading onto the screened balcony while you Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the peaceful Vanderbilt Bay.

Both bedrooms and living room have been equipped with flat screen- smart Tv’s, high speed internet, usb charging stations and dimmable lights.

The Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed for your comfort, private bathroom (shower), walk-in closet and private entrance onto the balcony.

The Second bedroom has two full-sized beds and a large closet.

The Guest bathroom has a shower and tub. Washer and dryer are in unit as well. All new linens and towels have been provided for your comfort.

Whether you’re cooking at home in our fully renovated and updated kitchen or ordering take-out, enjoy your meals behind our modern expandable eat-in-nook. We have installed a reverse osmosis system for clean and purified drinking/cooking water.

Please let us know if you have small children as we can provide a pack-and-play. Beach toys and board games are stored in unit.

Going shopping? An assigned parking spot has been provided near the stairs; however, guest have elevator access as well. There are carts available on the ground floor for easy access of bringing shopping goods up to the condo.

Mercado is Conveniently located just minutes away from the condo that includes: an array of ethnic fine-dining restaurants, movie theater, whole-foods market, cigar bar, bakery and boutique shops.


We implement enhanced deep cleaning and sanitizing before and after each guest. A personalized keyless entry code will be generated prior to your arrival. Please note that we are local Naples residents that are minutes away all-year and at any time. We are attentive and always happy to give you any recommendations during your vacation.

Off-Season rentals are available on a weekly basis and seasonal by monthly January-March.
