Kamaole Sands #6-106 is a 1 Bd 2 Bath unit with a great location in the complex. It is beautifully renovated (Nov 2021) and the brand new split system A/C in both the living room and bedroom ensures a comfortable stay. It has a full kitchen, large televisions in both the living room and the bedroom, and complimentary wifi. Kamaole Sands #6-106 features a comfortable king bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Beach chairs and beach towels are supplied for your outdoor activities. Sleeps 4. Guest will be required to sign a rental agreement in order to reserve this property.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
Kamaole Sands is the premiere property in South Kihei. Located across the street from Kamaole Beach III. Whale watch, swim, snorkel, walk miles on the beach and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable. There are 15 acres of lush tropical landscaping, waterscapes, and fountains. There's a fully-equipped gym / workout facility with an amazing view overlooking the pool area. In addition there is a large family style swimming pool, two hot tubs, a children's wading pool, and 10 barbecue areas with shaded picnic tables. Kamaole Sands features two tennis courts (no fee) and three pickleball courts. Adult and junior tennis rackets and pickleball paddles are available to rent with complementary balls. Complimentary parking in a private, well-lit and security patrolled parking lot. Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations are available for a fee on a first come, first served basis.Wi-Fi available in most areas and a convenient cyber cafe is in the lobby. Activity area with ping pong, foosball, and other games for all ages -- free lending library. Free Maui News daily newspaper available at the pool area. Every Wednesday, Kamaole Sands hosts a complimentary gathering with live music and hula dancers. Kamaole Sands is centrally located and is in walking distance to shops, restaurants and activities. It is also minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

Nice stay

Nicely updated condo a 5 minute walk from Kamaole III. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Loved having an AC split in the bedroom for extra comfort as well. I was initially concerned about noise given that the unit is on the first floor near both the elevator and pool, but it was pleasantly quiet throughout the night. Having access to extra pillows, beach towels, beach chairs, multiple coolers, and a beach umbrella was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We traveled to Maui with a group of 38, all of us staying at Kamaole Sands. Thai was by far the best unit of the 8 units I saw. Many of the others were dark inside but with the updates, this one felt light and airy, exactly what you want in Maui. The location was nice for families with small children because it was close to the pool and the grassy area off the back patio kind of naturally keeps the younger kids contained because there is only one direction they can go. Our 4 year old spent hours chasing lizards in the grass out back. If going back to Kamaole Sands I would definitely rent this unit again.

Great place! Perfect Location.

This place was the perfect spot for us. Short 3 min walk to Kamole Beach park 3. Great restaurants are 10-15 min walk. The place was in perfect shape. Has everything you need including beach chairs and a cooler.

Property exactly as advertised. Everything you need nothing you don’t. Remodel was done so well. Great location. Located next to the pool but that was never a problem. Highly recommend this unit!

We loved being on ground level and having a lanai we could walk right out onto the grass. It was quiet, but we were close enough to the pool/hot tub area to make it really convenient. The condo itself was decorated really well. It felt thoughtful and well taken care of. Everything was comfortable and clean and stocked well. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again and again and again! Rentals Maui was also amazing to work with!

Renovated, clean, spacious condo in a great location

My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was pretty well equipped and conveniently located. The pictures are a true representation of the condo itself. We didn’t see any beach chairs or umbrellas, but did make use of the small cooler bag in the kitchen! We had plenty of fresh towels, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, and the kitchen was fully equipped. We also made use of the in unit laundry. Two minor issues we had were the shower didn’t drain well in the master bath and the fan needs to be cleaned! Overall we would strongly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book this unit again.

Now I happened to be there during the Lahaina and Kehi fires. the owner was reachable even in the middle of the night for emergencies and very kind in answering my questions about evacuations. Perfect Maui rental!

This was everything and more! Went for an adventurous and relaxing week. The condo was conveniently located on ground level with privacy yet conveniently close to the pool. The condo was very clean and decorated with modern style. For an additional bonus - the condo was stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and a cooler! So helpful for traveling around. We definitely would recommend and we will be returning.

Very nice space, great location

It was a very nice space and the 2 bathrooms were very nice (even if the second one was a bit small). The location is hard to beat, with Kihei being pretty central to everywhere we wanted to go. Overall, the space was great and we'd come here again!

Absolutely remarkable

The resort was beautiful. We loved the decor in our condo and had just about everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Only thing I would suggest is to have more bedding. There wasn’t enough pillow cases for the pillows.
