Enjoy a room with a riverview at this centrally
located downtown suite.
This 2019 modern lower floor unit has 1 bedroom with queen and living room with small dinette and queen sofa sleeper.
We are in the heart of the historic district.
Just a short stroll to boutiques, tasting
rooms & restaurants. The Event Center &
Waterfront Park are in view & easy walking
distance. Water & mountain sports are a short drive away.

Guest access to the suite is by stairs and sidewalk. You have one reserved parking spot directly across from the 703 State St townhome, which is located directly across from 616 State St. Brimstone/ climbing Gym. There is a short walk down steps to the 703 Oak Street entrance. Find descriptive pictures and diagram in photos. Upon request a secure space for outdoor sports equipment is across from your parking spot. No outdoor equipment allowed inside the suite. No smoking, vaping allowed inside or out on porch.


The suite is equipped with a kitchenette utensils, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker & hot water kettle. No ice chests on hardwood floors. Each room has a smart TV. One bedroom with queen bed and the living room has a small dinette with queen sofa sleeper that will be made-up upon request.
The deep tub bathroom is independent from both rooms.
Easy access with lockbox next to ring doorbell.
Easy walking to downtown just outside the front door. This property is not wheelchair accessible.

Great weekend spot

Weekend to visit beautiful Hood River

We had an amazing hike at Mosier Plateau trail with all the Wildflowers. Plus, Soltice Wood fired Pizza.. wonderful!!

Wonderful stay

Myself and two daughters opted for this wonderful property over a hotel. It was perfect for our little getaway during the holiday season. We loved the location to all of the great shopping and restaurants Hood River has to offer and easy access to our daily skiing on Mt. Hood. Highly recommended!

Perfect Place

It was a cute compact space with sleeping to accommodate 4 adults. It had basic necessities in the kitchen with a mini fridge versus full size fridge. Views of the mountains were gorgeous from the steps. Close to downtown so you can walk to places.

Cozy suite

This is a perfect suite to enjoy all that Hood River has to offer. Easy to walk everywhere! The owners are great, we coupled this place with a larger unit next door so our whole family had plenty of room!

Perfectly located

This apartment was perfectly located near the quaint downtown in Hood River. It is near food options and there are a number of tasting rooms within blocks of our location! The house was clean and just right for the two of us. Theresa was very helpful with everything we needed and reached out to us to make sure things were good. The area is beautiful and I would definitely stay here again.

Destination wedding

The rental was very clean, pretty, located walking distance to most activities and easy to check in and out. The only issue was it was difficult carrying luggage on the steps to unit because arrived after midnight. During the daytime the steps are no problem.

Nicest rental I’ve stayed in!

This property was perfect for our girls weekend get away. The location couldn’t have been better. We were able to walk every where! It is the nicest VRBO I’ve stayed in. Immaculate and well equipped. There is street noise, but with a sound machine it wasn’t too bad (the owner provides ear plugs as well, but we didn’t use them). The owner was great to work with . The process for Check-in and check-out was super simple. Can’t recommend enough!

In Town Hood River Stay

We planned a vacation in hood River for the great outdoor activities. This apartment was perfect for a place to sleep and washing up in between activities. You are a Couple of minutes walk to everywhere in town. The apartment is small with a fold out couch and 1 bed. Do not expect to cook in the kitchen, as it lacks appliances and size. But, we did not plan to stay in the apartment much, so it was perfect for us.

You can walk easily to the historic downtown area for shopping, food and drink. Walking to the River Front park and event center is not far either. By car it is a short distance to Mount Hood, Mount Adams and so many Columbia River Scenic locations. Fabulous water falls are close by. Many biking trails. River rafting on the White Salmon and the Deschutes River.
