Exclusive Rooftop Access
Guests are invited to enjoy our private rooftop deck, offering breathtaking views of Mt. Hood—a perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine at sunset.

Conveniently situated near top restaurants, boutique shops, and outdoor adventures, you’ll have everything you need just steps away.

This suite is located in the north building at the street level. It has a full kitchen and all the other amenities that you need to make your stay feel like a home away from home!

There is a mini-split unit that provides heat and AC. The mini-split is located in the living room. The bedrooms do not have AC, but do have fans.

Check out time 10:00am

Parking is located under our south building. There is also 24-hour, free street parking. Additionally, there is a small city parking lot across the street that is also free of charge.

We want to remind you that there are no staff onsite. But we are always available if you send us an email.

Pet-Friendly Stays at The Iconica

We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs at The Iconica! To help us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we charge a $50 pet fee for additional cleaning.

✔ Pet-Friendly Suites: We typically accommodate pets in Suites 1, 2, and 4. If those are unavailable, you’re welcome to book another suite, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your pet.

✔ Leaving Your Pet Unattended? If you plan to attend an event and need to leave your dog behind, please ensure they remain quiet and comfortable in your absence. Excessive barking or noise disturbances may result in a $200 fee.

✔ Breed Restrictions: For the comfort and safety of all guests, Pit Bulls and Rottweilers are not permitted.

I was in White Salmon for my daughter's wedding, and I stayed at the Iconica for four nights. It was clean and easily accessible to downtown and nearby amenities. This is a must if you are looking for a nice condo in the Columbia Gorge.

Clean, comfortable lodging. Nicely furnished and decorated. Great location in middle of quaint downtown area. Easy entry and no list of chores to do upon leaving! Blackout shades was nice touch. Communication with property manager was timely but do note they would not provide entry code until a few hours before check-in time, which for those of us that like to plan in advance and not chase stuff down the day of was just a tad irritating. Great property and would 100% stay here again.

Summer trip to the gorge

Property is very clean in a nice location close to restaurants, coffee shops, and an excellent bakery. My one suggestion is there could be a few more cooking utensils and maybe a few extra dishes so you’re not washing dishes after every meal.

It was a great place to stay. Comfy beds. My only complaint would be that the bedroom and bathroom doors squeak. A little WD-40 and they will be great.

The location was great easy to walk to local pubs and diners. I would recommend this suite if you plan on just sleeping and having a meals that require minimal cooking. The seating is not very comfortable. The chairs were okay, but the sofa was very uncomfortable. We like staying in homes with kitchens so we can cook. There is 1 skillet and one small pot, a few utensils. I had to buy a can opener, cheese grater and a larger pot. There are no large bowls to mix a salad. There was no broom to sweep the floor. We had needed trash bags and the host was responsive and did bring us a trash bags. Over all we had a good stay, but dissappointed at the lack of cooking items. If you eat out and do not plan to cook meals, it is a great place to stay. They are pet friendly. I did not see a grassy area for your pet to relieve itself.
